2 radiators not working
2 radiators not working. British Gas inspected, recommended a Powerflush. Dyno-rod attended to do the work. Engineer Jerome Wright took the time to double check and advised the problem was the radiator thermostats. Changed them and did the powerflush. Professional and thorough Engineer can't recommend him highly enough. 5 star

Great plumber
Great plumber. He changed my kitchen taps that was so old and corroded. I thought it might not be possible but he managed to cut them and remove. There are great plumbers and there are the other kind.

Brandon attended to assist with our water leak - he attended on two occasions, both times professional, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable - it has to be said he couldn’t do enough to get to the bottom of the issue, he will be attending again to complete the job and it is refreshing to come across someone who obviously does put a lot of thought and effort into what they are doing.

Carl Whittington from Dyno
Carl Whittington from Dyno visited yesterday and quickly diagnosed & fixed the issue with our bathroom radiator. He fitted two new valves efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left the area spotless. Friendly, professional, and punctual service and very satisfying to deal with someone so competent & professional. I would happily recommend Carl and Dyno without hesitation.

Excellent job well done
Mark arrived on time and promptly set to work lagging the pipes and tanks in our loft. It has been a dirty and difficult job which he tackled with expertise. We feel really happy now he has done such a brilliant job. Mark is a fantastic workman and is very pleasant as well. Thanks for his good advice and reassurance.

Our engineer Fateh did a great job.
Our engineer was friendly, professional and completed the job exactly as expected. Fateh called in advance of arriving to make sure we were in, quickly identified the problem and had left with five minutes having fixed it and cleaned up. Care was taken to ensure no damage to flooring or bathroom ware.

Great service from Dyno-Rod
Dyno-Rod came to fix a faulty radiator valve as part of my British Gas Homecare plan.

Kevin Reeve was our engineer today and…
Kevin Reeve was our engineer today and was on site for 6 hours . The leak was quite a challenge to locate . But thanks to Kevin’s determinations the leak was located and the damaged part of the pipe replaced and leak stopped and crisis avoided . Kevin tidied up as well . During the visit Kevin remained calm and was very reassuring also a very tidy worker a real credit to your company . Thank you Kevin please pass our thanks on him and reward him accordingly

Power Flush
We had Jerome W visit us for Power Flush. He was polite and friendly throughout. Explained all the work that was carried out plus questions we had about the boiler.
Sadly after he went we found we had no hot water from hot tap .
