Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company based on my experience. Dyno-Rod carried out work at my property on a shared drain, which I understand was the responsibility of Yorkshire Water. I was not advised to contact Yorkshire Water before paying for their service.
Following Dyno-Rod's visit, the drain became blocked again. Yorkshire Water subsequently cleared the blockage and reportedly found a guide rod left inside the drainage system, which I was told had caused the problem.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and the additional inconvenience this has caused. I also feel I should have been given proper advice about who was responsible for the shared drain before paying for work that may not have been necessary.

Came out to survey our blockage on 5th October. Charged £300 to tell us we had a blockage !! and said they would send us a quote. Still waiting, will find someone local.

We had leak in supply pipe to property. Technician located issue to elbow joint connection below our tiled floor in utility room. Took great cate and managed to remove 2 tiles without any damage then cut through floor to access & repair issue. All replaced after, you would never know had even been touched. Many thanks.

Plummer knew what he was doing and got the job done.
Had numerous plumbers out over the years all said they couldn’t do anything with our water pressure in the kitchen, the hot water literally trickles. This man that came out got the job done and sorted this problem quickly and efficiently. Very pleased. Thank you.

Why can't all plumbers be this professional?
Plumber arrived at 9.30am. Very friendly and professional. Did an excellent job replacing two entry fill valves plus a inlet pipe. Took him just one hour. Very impressed by the plumber and the work.

Sunday Leak Emergency
Had to call out Dyno via my insurance due to a massive leak from our bathroom. Kept us updated with attendance time and then on arrival quickly set to work to resolve our problem. Very friendly and helpful, 10/10 many thanks

Dyno rod have fitted new taps, sink waste and a towel radiator to our bathroom and they have done an excellent job
Took two visits, and it has been completed today
Both plumbers, McKenzie and Mark have made our bathroom look brand new

Initial contact was excellent with the technician advising re required parts and supplier.
Visit today to fit new shower was equally excellent. The technician was polite and showed great respect for my position as a disabled customer. Work was completed quickly with no mess and explained fully.
