We had 2 blockages within 4 weeks both were cleared after the first attendance I had to clear it several times before it became impossible hence the second attendance. It was recommended that a camera inspection be carried out to try and establish the problem.
This was organised at a considerable cost as the first 2 visits were carried under home emergency insurance.
The camera inspection did not reveal any problems with the drains and it was suggested that initial jetting did not fully clear the blockage.
All the operatives attended timeously and carried their job.
Had the camera been used on the first visit it may have revealed that the blockage was not completely cleared

We understand your frustration with the recurring blockages and the additional cost incurred for the camera inspection. It's certainly disappointing that the camera inspection didn't identify a specific issue, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the potential benefit of using the camera during the initial visits. We value your experience and will use your feedback to improve our processes and ensure our customers receive the best possible service.
No fuss, problem sorted!
Engineers were on time, don't mess about and simply get the problem sorted. Can't ask for more than that.
