Gentleman who came was very friendly and polite - very knowledgeable and had the job done expertly and cleaned up after himself- kept me informed about the whole job. would highly recommend

Fantastic Service
Real easy, user friendly system. Booked an online appointment for a blocked drain and was called back within half an hour to confirm engineer booked. Attended when stated. Very professional, polite engineer carried out the required work efficiently and quickly. Cost was given upfront with no added extras. Second time I've used Dyno-rod and never disappointed. My go-to for issues like this as the whole customer experience is excellent. A special shout out to the lady who called me back. She was brilliant.

Excellent work
Drainage engineer very professional . Got to the root of the problem very quickly. And expertly removed the obstruction i.e. brick from the drain. Called ahead, kept us informed . True to his word. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class service, had blocked drains and they came out same day.
Drains were cleared with 90 day guarantee, can't ask for any more. Very helpful and efficient, thank you.

Expensive no show
Dynorod Glasgow failed to appear to carry out the job, despite it being reconfirmed over the phone 2 days previously. No contact from them on the day of the appointment to say that they were not coming. Worse, this job was at my late father's house, which cost me a day off work, 3 hours driving and £43 in petrol - they were aware in advance of this. I tried calling them but no answer despite advertising a 24/7 service. Very poor service and difficult to recommend them. UPDATE Response to Dynorod reply - we will need to agree to differ on your attempts to call. 1 - when we spoke in advance of the appointment to reconfirm it, it was made clear to you I was travelling to the house and you did not specify that I would need to answer a phone call as a condition of attendance. 2 - I offered a mobile number and you said it wasn't necessary. 3 - the landline which you have is my office one and the system shows no missed calls and no voicemails were left. It would also call my laptop, and my mobile if not answered. I had both of those with me all day.

We apologise that we failed to attend the appointment at your late father's house and for the impact this had on you. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We investigated why this happened and found that several calls were made to your number on the system and were unanswered. Our system prompts our engineers to call ahead before they can move on with the remaining stages of their app. In this case an unanswered call or non return call would warrant a non attendance Thank you.
