Very disappointing customer service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Dyno. When I initially contacted them regarding a camera survey of my drains, I was told that someone needed to be present at the property, so an appointment was arranged for today.

Earlier this week, I came home from work to find that my garden hose had been pulled out and items in my garden had been moved. I had received no call or notification from Dyno, so I had no idea what had happened.

I stayed home today specifically to attend the scheduled appointment, only to find that nobody arrived. When I contacted Dyno, I was then told that the survey had already been carried out earlier in the week. This meant I had wasted an entire day waiting for an appointment that had apparently already taken place.

The customer service I received during the phone call was equally disappointing. The representative was very short with me and offered no apology for the inconvenience or for the fact that I had been waiting in unnecessarily. When I asked whether I would receive the results of the survey, I was simply told, "No, you won't." I had to prompt her to explain what would actually happen next.

When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, her response was, "I don't know what you want me to say." Quite honestly, I expected a simple apology for the poor communication and for wasting my time.

I cannot comment on the quality of the work itself, as the survey was carried out without my knowledge and while I was not at home. However, the communication, organisation and customer service have been absolutely unacceptable.

An extremely frustrating experience.

Nathan came round very shortly after I had called for a blocked drain. He had a tricky job locating the problem with complicated and hidden pipework but persisted until it was sorted out. He was cheerful and polite throughout and left us with a clear drain and a much better understanding of our waste water system. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service...the man was really helpful and found our problem almost immediately where we have had other 6 serveys done in the past and not found...wonderful

TWO YOUNG MEN CAME TO LOOK AT MY COLLAPSED SEWER PIPE(VICTORIAN PLUMBING),FILMED IT AND EXPLAINED THOROUGHLY WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE,BUT NOT STRAIGHT AWAY AS THEY WOULD SEND ME A QUOTE FOR THE WORK NEEDED.
THEY WERE VERY POLITE,FRIENDLY.KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER PLEASED.THANK YOU.THEY CAME WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY FIRST TELEPHONE CALL - I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH ALL ASPECTS OF MY DEALING WITH DYNO-ROD.

I was very pleased with the service provided today the gentleman who came to sort the problem was very polite and chatty he got the job done in less than 20 minutes

Phone call to book the appointment beforehand said it could take up to 10 working days Um within the hour They were already at my door 10 out of 10 For service 10 out of 10 for communication And I am extremely pleased because other companies Have never been this good

The plumber arrived on time and quickly dealt with the blockage without any fuss.

I called Dyno-rod today because my sewer has been blocking intermittently. Within a couple of hours from the phone call, they arrived at my house and I was very pleased at such a quick response.
Using a sewer camera they identified a dip in the pipe which causes a slow flow. They gave me couple of options for dealing with this and will privide me with an estimate. I am very impressed with this service and would highly recommend this company.

We saw the online address that said that they would send an engineer to look at the problem with no fee for a call out. When we booked the engineer we were told that we would be charged £195, before one was scheduled. We were desperate for someone to come and tell us what was wrong so I agreed. When he arrived, he took 10 minutes to unblock the drain. I think the charge was expensive.

Fast efficient service

Was very quick coming out, called just over 30 minutes before they came and very polite. I would highly recommend.
