Superb service from professional but also super friendly technician Karl. Diagnosed the problem, discussed options and arranged for a quote to be sent. Really appreciated how flexible he was with his arrival time too. Was only to willing to fit his visit around my own busy day at work which was really appreciated.

Easy to book online, lovely guy who called before the appointment to confirm the problem. Drain and septic tank cleared efficiently. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Thank you

The engineer we had "Dan" was outstanding, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great job!.

Really pleased with the service from Carl. He came out to unblock our drain and was friendly, professional and efficient from start to finish. He quickly identified the problem, got everything sorted, and left the area tidy afterwards.

Happy with the service. The problem was sorted by the time he got here.

Josh came well on time. He did a really good job.

Absolutely excellent service, timings as promised and the Engineer who attended was brilliant.

Phoned on 04/10 (PM) to book a call out due to a blocked kitchen drain, a next day appointment was booked for us.
Daniel attended within the specified time frame, he was very polite, courteous and an excellent representation for the company.
The problem was resolved very quickly and efficiently, very happy with the service - Thanks Daniel

Helpful call centre when I called to advise best route to reach me. Operator called and confirmed expected arrival, turned up as promised, did the job to clear blocked drains, very polite and positive. All round good experience

Called on the 29.09 due to waste coming back up through the pipes, a guy reached us within 30 minutes, assessed the situation and decided it needed a camera etc which he didnt have. Any other guy turned up the next day, assessed it and managed to find the fault and fix it after a long day. Very professional and fair.

Fantastic experience! Very professional, explained everything clearly and ensured all was working ok!!

Easy to deal with. Good advice. Cleared nasty smell quickly from kitchen by clearing pipes connected to washing machine and dishwasher. Job done so we're happy.

Very prompt service and very good service. Highly recommend

Great company. Knowledgeable and friendly engineers.

Came same morning after I phoned up, drain was unblocked within 20 minutes, quick and efficient, would definitely recommend

Called today 14/09/2026 and Karl was on site in less than an hour. Very pleased with his service especially that he investigated and identified no issues at all which gave me confidence there were no short or long term drainage problems. Thank you Karl, a credit to Dyno-Rod.

Really pleasant young chap, worked his socks off for hours flushing the system out, using cameras and videoing the chambers. Great service.

Great service from the team. Good communication throughout. Engineers were helpful and knowledgeable.
