This was terrible service. The shuttle took 2 hours and the driver was stoned & almost drive off with an old ladys bags without her. There were extra fees at pick up & they didn’t have the car I paid for. Do not use this company.

Great customer service from marcus but the tires were not good

The guy at the counter was fine for the most part. However, I got charged for unlimited mileage and my Priceline itinerary says I already paid for it. Also he did not tell me when I told him I was using tolls how much it was. Just grazed by it so I guess shame on me. He managed to dupe me. I am only on tolls for 84 miles today and 84 miles Saturday. I won’t touch a toll the other days. I could have bought a surpass and paid a total of 20 dollars for both trips. Extremely dishonest.

Adding to it I have to call customer service tomorrow because the check engine light is on. Not to mention right in front of the drivers side the inside of the windshield was extremely dirty.

My reservation double and both larger fees could have been avoided. One came with my reservation as it was and the other I got duped.

Likely will never use this company again.

NEVER rent from them especially if you are local. They lie to try to get you to buy their insurance (bring your insurance card AND the type of coverage you have) and say that even if it says unlimited miles it actually isn’t if you’re local. You are restricted to 150 miles unless you pay extra. They said it is in their fine print online. I took the time to pull it up on my phone under my reservation and it does NOT say that btw. The customer service is horrendous and they do not care about their customers. The tires on my rental from them are close to bald!

The gentlemen at the counter were nice and got a car ready when I had booked the wrong dates with priceline. The man who helped me said he couldn't adjust a 3rd party booking, but he could cancel it and then book my vehicle with the company. I didn't think to look when I got home, but this morning, realized I was still booked for a car thru priceline. It was never canceled! So I had to pay something. Had I not checked, I may have been on the hook for the whole rental time even tho I would not have even gone to get the car.

Easirent at Palm Beach is absolutely the worst car rental service I have ever experienced. I waited one hour and 30 minutes for a pickup at the airport after calling them several times. They advertise a pickup service every 30 minutes. Also, they charged a $158.08 toll fee for a 10-day rental, even though no tolls were incurred during that time. The car was filthy inside and out and required an oil change as rented. I recommend not accepting their toll option feature.

The first vehicle I was given had wet seats and smelled as if something died in it. The second vehicle was absolutely filthy. The windows were so dirty it was difficult to see and the car had dog hair everywhere. Awful rental company

About 30 minutes away from picking up, found a roach walking on dash board . Numerous times found at least four during weekend . Sad, excuse upon return! I'll have to bomb car, a little to late . Car was somewhat dirty inside when picking up. Sticky surfaces of old food.

When arrived to pick up car there was only one person working. He was nice and doing the best he could with the line. The car however was a POS. Malibu that had a huge dent in drivers side, windshield wipers came on every time started car and had to wiggle it around to get it to stop, trunk did not stay up when opened. Could have at least put a stick in to use. Hard to hold open and put luggage in. For the price paid I should have gone to a well known rental. Was not worth the small amount of difference. Charged for additional driver when there was none. This place should be called Rent a Wreck or Dent. Be aware!

Overall pickup was easy; however when I called about drop off they gave me the wrong information - there was no drop box available for after hours and the overall condition of the vehicle they gave me was bad. I turned it in early - I would rather rent elsewhere to feel safe. Key fob didn’t work I almost got stranded locked out of the car. I wish I could leave a better review but I cannot.

I rented a car from West Palm Beach on Jan. 16th to which my email stated I would receive a Sonata or similar which I did (Sentra); however, the car was in an accident the day before I got it and had no working headlight. We were in a rush to get to a wedding at 5:00 and so was forced to take the car. We could not drive it at night because of the headlight and had to incur$120.00 in Uber fees plus $133.85 for the car. When I brought it back I told the man behind the glass window and he said he would make note of it and I would hear from someone in approximately 5 days. It is now 19 days since the conversation and have not heard back from anyone. I feel I should be compensated for the $120.00 for the Ubers that were taken from Jan. 16th to Jan. 20th.
I would appreciate hearing back from management ASAP. I have the receipts for the Ubers.

This is the worst company to rent from EVER. On the website we rented a different car. When we got there that car was not available or anything similar. We paid for an upgrade because we did not want to wait. We got a Chavy Traverse. We had to return it the next day because the car had cocoroaches. They gave us another Chevy Traverse and this one overheated a few days later so we had to return this one as well. We missed our dinner plans and took us 2 hrs to get there as we had to go slow to not burn the engine. The third car worked but was crappy old Rav 4 but at least it worked.. We were in Florida 6 days and made 3 trips to this place.. Worst experience ever.. TRUST ME use a larger company like Enterprise or Alamo. Anyon but Easirent.. it was NOT easy..

We were given a car that had been thorugh a car accident. The tire on the same side as where the crash happened was low when we got the car. When we got to our destination, an hour away, the tire almost flat. We inflated the tire a couple times before it went completely flat. We talked to the company who said they wouldn't be paying for it. We ended up paying for a new tire on our own for a car that was given to us in this condition. They then tried to charge us $87 for $6 worth of tolls which we sent payment for to Florida Turnpike. Stay away from this company, they are unscrupulous, and we paid twice as much as we would have anywhere else, and were given a car that was not in driving condition. We are contacting an attorney about this situation.

Awful company, if I could leave less than one star, I absolutely would. Our flight was delayed and didn't get in until after 10. However, this awful company that operates out of the airport, doesnt stay open after 10!!! No indication from the company that this was the case. We called the next morning and were told that because we could not pick up the car when originally scheduled not only was our car rented to someone else and they were now sold out, we get NO refund. This company is nothing more than a criminal enterprise, absolutely disgusting, and I recommend NO ONE USES THEM, EVER!!!!!

Multiple unexpected fees when you go to pick up
Vehicle was dirty didn’t discover it until the following day as I picked it up at Night
No windshield wash to clean mirrors and check engine light came on witching 24 hours of pick up
Took the vehicle back a day earlier as I was told they were not able to provide another vehicle
Was told I would not receive a refund for returning vehicle early although they were aware that the engine light came on Stay away from this place horrible customer service on top of it all

We had never used EasyRent before, but our experience was fantastic from start to finish. The shuttle arrived promptly, and everyone we interacted with was exceptionally kind and professional. Matt, Ivory, and Dwayne went above and beyond, making the process of picking up and returning the car seamless. The vehicle was spotless and well-maintained. I highly recommend EasyRent for their outstanding service and attention to detail.

I wasn't able to rent a car im having problems getting a refund

WHEN ARRIVED OUTSIDE OF AIRPORT NO SHUTTLE CALLED TO FIND OUT WHERE IT WAS THEY SAID BE THERE SOON MINUTES LATER IT ARRIVED ,WENT TO LOCAL OFFICE WAITED BEHIND ONE CUSTOMER THE AGENT WANTED TO SELL MAN MORE INSURRANCE HE SAID NO TOOK CUSTOMER INSURANCE PAPERS SIGN.IHAD MINE READY INSURRANCE CARD AND LISCENCE TOOK LISCENCE DIDNOT TAKE INSURANCE HE SAID NEED TO SEE PAPERS FOR COVERAGE I TRIED TO CALL I WAS PUT ON HOLD AFTER ABOUT 2 MINUTES I ASKED ABOUT FULL COVERAGE HE SAID 35 DOLARS I SAID PUT IT ON OK SO THE TOTAL CAME TO OVER 60 DOLLARS I PAID PAPER WORK DONE JUST BEFORE 12:30 HE SAID WAIT OVER THERE BY DOOR I TOLD HIM I NEED TO BE AT A WAKE BY 1 . I SAT DOWN WAITED FEW MINUTES I ASKED WHERE THE CAR REPLY ITS COMING WAITED MORE TIME GONE BY I AM MAD I ASKED AGAIN WHERE THE CAR REPLY ITS BEING WASHED
IT FINALLY ARRIVES JUST BEFORE 1 PM NOW I AM REALLY LATE TOO LONG OF A WAIT CAR HAD MANY SCRATCHES TOOK PICTURES ALL AROUND CAR WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Hidden price . I didn't realize that I had to pay insurance. So the price one up $60. They also said they had a mini cooper available. I got some kind of Chevy suv instead and it was supposed to be an upgrade. Plus, it smells like cigarette smoke inside.
