Placed an order on 10th November 2021 for HID set for for car vide order OID53556, SKY - 19941. Product - 55W H4/HB2/9003 4300K HID Xenon Light Conversion Kit with Slim Ballast High Intensity Discharge Lamp, Warm White unable to contact the Customer care.

01) Twice paid for a single product
02) No upadation from the company
03) No contact Number only mail ( they may respond through mail but no clarity for our questions)
04)Almost two months wait for the delivery ( only call from delivery boy they told me give otp for delivery of my product but yet this time i dont get any otp )
05) i dont get the produt yet
06) I gave the company full details of payment and order of my product worth 1106/- (twice) via google pay
07) my resquet pls dont but any product form this portal

I had ordered from this website only once. I couldn't find the product anywhere else and hence, had to order here even though the entire buying experience is quite shady (similar to fake websites).

The customer experience is extremely poor - can't track order once paid, no delivery date provided, customer care respond only over email, no refunds policy, no cash on delivery options and hence, order at your own risk. I received my order after 30 days through Indian post.

I ordered on 23 oct 2021 status showing order confirm only there is no movement in order shipment. Also don't reply on emails . As on date same status showing . There is no customer service . Please tell.me my order when receive to me.Wrost service I ever seen in life.

I ordered an item and paid 5156/- by Googlepay. The payment failed twice and then went through 3rd time. But order was not processed. So I contacted their customer service, shared payment proof etc. Every day I would contact them and get a standard response..WE WILL CHECK and GET BACK TO YOU. I have received that at least 10 times. But no one has bothered to reach out or check or sort the matter. Dont ever deal with this unprofessional company.

The website by itself is a scam, they don’t deliver order and no contact number to reach them. These websites has to be reported to cyber security. Do not buy anything from this site

K don't like to give 1 star also...I never ever seen like this application, first of all I waited 25 days more than... finally I got product again that product is very small what I ordered compared to ..I raised a return request I'm ok for return or exchange, but they simply give only one reply no return..then what can I do with that product...and there is proper customer care support no number also even...
How they running this application I don't know...

WORST EXPERIENCE. Had there been negative marking would give that. I ordered Waffle cone maker on 20th July which I received on 21st August. Due to Covid thing going on I didn open the parcel for 24 hours. My other mistake I didn't take a video while unpacking. When I opened the parcel I saw that the bottom of the machine was all cracked and broken from one side. I emailed them on 25th along with the pictures. But they are just giving one response that they take replacement into consideration only within 2 days. How can one do that? They are FRAUD AND CHEATERS. THEY SAY THEIR SELLER CAN NEITHER REPLACE NOR REFUND BUT CAN SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

I ordered my item two weeks ago,it still hasn’t arrived and I tried contacting them too, if I don’t get my order within a week, I need a refund if not I will report this.They could’ve atleast informed me if the order was going to arrive late.
