They are big cheaters. Never buy anything. Spread the word.

I ordered a 2-pack of vacuum tubes, but received only one tube. Please note that a single tube was also listed, and the 2-pack was only slightly less than double that price. I think I am entitled to half my money back.
The package arrived and was delivered in a reasonable amount of time (exactly a month) without problems.

I had ordered an apple headphone connector on April 1st. It's been 4 months now. I had not recieved the product not the refund. The team keep saying we will update our refund but no response from the team. Very bad service. I would recommend this website to anyone and to loose the money.

I placed an order for the angle grinder accessory. Till now i don't not get the order confirmation. After raising request with the support, no response yet. Please be aware before spending anything online in a new or not a familiar site. Stay away and look for the reviews about the seller.

I ordered a ring and they sent me an aux cable. I mean what the fcuk .
Ok mistake happens but when I asked them to give me the real product that I ordered they mailed me that I will have to return them back (the wire ) and after they get there wire back. then they will send me ring.

They never realised that they have delivered me something wrong untill I called.
They only progressed in the situation when I again and again called them for 20 days .

Now what is the credibility that if now also I deliver them back there package they will acknowledge that.
I mean I am so frustrated it's been 4 months I have ordered that ring prepaid and now I actually don't have any craze left for the ring . And there refund policy , I even don't want to write about that.

I had lodged an online complaint on the Tamilnadu police website in Jan 2021 & within a week of this I received my full refund of Rs 15,146. Later I e mailed to the DGP of Tamilnadu police even though i had received my amount as i will not like this Eassymall to cheat others. Yesterday the Eassymall representative was called to the Tirupur police station for an enquiry. The police inspector called me & i am sure action will be taken. I suggest you all can lodge an online complaint on the Tamilnadu police website too. We cannot be tolerant as most of us have been & need to take further action. You can get your refund too if you choose the path of intolerance from being tolerant.
You can dm me on my FB group & i will give you all the contact details of the police.
Eassymall is a scam company & we all need to take action for this to be shut & criminal action taken against them for cheating.

Fraud company...plz don't order anything from here...they just need the money...no product assurance and no money return.. there's no way to contact them..my product was worst and they hadn't refund my money...even after mailing them they didn't respond..the product is useless for me and my 1500 rs gone in waste..its better I would have given that money to a needy..

and till date it is pending even after cancellation no money has been received by me from company side

it is a fake website. they take money but do not deliver product. there is no way to find out status of delivery as no way to contact.

They took about 3 weeks to deiver the product but they did and it’s exactly what I expected :) they are genuine
