Please Please don’t buy from Eassymall. Don’t trust them.There is neither assurance of the product nor the amount paid. I ordered a Waffle Maker from Eassymall on 24th February 2021 and I received it on 12th April 2021. In between when I enquired about the delivery, they said that due to COVID 19, it is getting delayed. That was factual and I accepted it due to the Pandemic. When, I received the product it was broken and complained in the customer support. However, they are saying that ,I will only get back half of the amount. Is there any fault from my side, that I have to suffer. I asked them to take back the product, because it’s useless for me. Now, they have stopped communicating.

I ordered nano toothbrush for my mother which are either available on Ali express or on Eassymall. In just 12 days I got the delivery. Thanks Eassymall. I trust you.

I have ordered a rear seat fan by eassy mall web site.According to them the item will be delivered with in 20 to 30 days.They honestly delivered the item through india Post.
People are making fake news on you tube and reviews that this on line system is fake. The items they supply could not be found in Amazon and flip cart also the item cost is quite reasonable.like my item rear seat fan for car .This Baseus company fan is only in eassymall website,another is Ali express but that online website can't deliver in every location.
People are making false statements for their service.
I contacted them through mail and they very well responded.
The item which Amazon and flip cart or any other site can be supplied ,the eassy mall site will supply ,you can trust them,though the delivery is late,but they will inform in advance when we will purchase.

Wish I could have given 0 stars, I concur with all other consumers. It's been 1 month 6 days and the pseudo customer care responds to like many others stating the order is being imported and is stuck in Customs and never gives any tracking.

Damn I won't buy anything online without seeing the reviews like this henceforth !! I think we should use this platform to initiate legal proceedings on this fake firm.

If you order through them, you are unlikely to get anything on time. I ordered two shipments from them on Jan 3rd. One came in delayed beyond the 25 days they committed. When I enquired about the 2nd one, I was informed that it got lost in transit and they were extra eager to cancel the order and refund at that point in time. When I insisted that I needed the product they claim to have shipped it again and that it is stuck in customs. It is mid March now and I still haven't received the 2nd item. It is about 70 days since I ordered. They do not track or notify of any delays or issues unless you persistently ask.

Now if I want to cancel I am asked to "please understand and wait". What purpose is it to wait forever for a product if it does not arrive in time to serve my purpose.

Please order from this site if you can wait indefinitely for your parcel and you are accustomed to poor service quality.

Also, have you noticed that there is no call in number for customer service? You can only email them and pray for their response.

I would never recommend them even if they sell for a few rupees less henceforth.

It's not a fraud site, I like this online store very much.
I ordered portable radio (OID28813)on January 18,2021 and paid 2010 rupees,I got it today. (Within time frame)My radio is in excellent condition working really well. I advised to wait before taking any action.

I ordered a Swim Buoy that seemed to be a good bargain on EASSYMALL. After the payment was done, there was no way to track and once I read the reviews, I knew I was scammed. My emails to customer support did get a reply and thus I knew there was hope. And finally, after 3 wks, I did get the delivery. Since it was a Chinese product, the time taken was more and tracking starts once it reaches Indian shores.

Totally a fraud company & irresponsible staff.
I ordered a ring online for Rs. 730 approx in oct 2020 so it was showing to be delivered in December. But till date its not delivered as they are saying its showing delivered & when i told i didn't received they are saying go to post office near to your home as its still there. So I went but its not there & they are saying they don't have . I sure its been lost. Now these people are not responding .
I think we all should take action against such company as I am filing a case against them.
I request not book anything from this company.

I booked one car holder for 519 rupees on 21.01.2021 and item not yet despatched till date.
Unable to contact these people like amazon.
I wrote querry two times and no reply.
My money is lost and searching the way to refund the money.

Horrible experience

I ordered an ArcaSwiss L-bracket. The item was sent from Tirupur near Coimbatore in Tamil Nadu (Eassymall) to my residence near Delhi. It took over one month for the shipping. Item has manufacturing defect. This online store people have no clue of order handling. Firstly, they will not provide shipment trackking. Probably because the stuff is from some cheap local source but claimed to be imported. Secondly, they resort to cheapest shipping possible, meaning your stuff may be lost in transit, broken due bad handling or just plainly not reach. Eassymall may not fulfil the order.
My advice, just avoid this online web store.

Eassymall.com is a fake online shopping website. After ordering, they tell you that order is imported so will take more than a month and so tracking details can't be provided as item has not come to india yet. I lost 400 rs over my order and even after 3 months, there is no cancellation / refund, also no tracking details. Not even formal apology for the delay..

This is fake website I have ordered a ring and I didn't receive anything..never buy anything from it.. they are fraud

I have ordered a Remote control for my projector from this eassymall ...and it was delivered late ..but finally it arrived!!.... So have faith ..they might get a bit late but they will deliver it for sure

I have order one product with ODI25600 on dec 14th 2020 till now I have not received any information I have sent email to support at the rate eassymall dot com my amount is deducted unfortunately they were not responding can any one help on this please do not purchase any thing from this site based on my expereince I am posting

I ordered one DC watt meter more than a month ago. No communication from easymall till now. When I sent them mail, they say that I have to wait with no commitment from their side about the delivery date. Neither they are willing to refund nor giving any information about the delivery of the product. My project is getting delayed due this.

Never buy anything from this fraud website.

Don't trust these guys. After you place an order, they place an order with someone in China. It will take two to three weeks to get your order. And if you don't like it, you ll still have to keep it yourself as they do not do return pickup if you are not satisfied with the product. No customer care phone number. You ll have to mail them if you have any query.

This is a big fraud and fake company, there is no cancellation or COD option.. once u order u do not get the product. ..when u call back the customer care they ask to donwload the anydesk app and remote access to loot the money.. its big fruad.. please take action on company and employees.. i order a product OID25136.. still not received its been 4 weeks..im feeling fetish..

i hav ordered a 7litre steel bottle and when i got my order the bottle was all broken and steel was lookin of a cheap quality and they are not giving the refund also.
