It seems that EASSYMALL is a fake Company I have placed an order on 30-10-2020 for Rs 1873.00 on it which has not been delivered as yet and today it is 25-11-2020. I would rate minus five to this company. Is there any way to take stringent action against these cheaters. It is strange that there there are no regulations as such that can put restrictions on such fake websites which are looting public money.

I booked a product on 11.11.2020 but till today I did not get any tracking updates and there is no information that when it will reach me. This is very frustrating.I dont know whether I will get the product or not.

I ordered shoe cover dispenser machine and I got it today.i asked delivery person why it took so long he said because courier is sent by normal post. I advised to wait before taking any action.

The company is not a fraud. I bought a horizontal tripod arm on 31 Oct 20. Got the delivery within 1 week as promised. Not sure if the product is genuine though. The packet was open.

I would prefer to put no STARS as they are ethically and morally bankrupt.

I ordered a cadence monitor worth 2163 - I should have realised that its a fraud website as the price was far lower than the others.

Since then, they keep on sending excuses stating that they have mentioned 25 working day - then after a month they stated that its on its way and will reach in the next week - 2 months later I have still not received the product and they are constantly asking to 'cooperate as they cannot refund as the package is in transit'. Transit? - it has been 2 months, you'll pack of cheats!

The worst is - the cadence monitor is still online for sale with 3 items supposedly in stock. How can a company cheat so many people and get away with it. Its SICKENING!

fake products . fraud company . Do not buy products

Stupid company.And a fraud website.Never buy from this mad company.I ordered a binoculars for rupees 4722/-.After paying the amount I asked them that in how much in how much days I will get the product.Then they told that the product was not available(actually on website it was showing that there were 9 pieces left).Then I asked that refund the same amount.Then they told that I will send a Google form and fill that and I will return the money.When I saw the form there was all the details that was required for removing money from the bank.When I told that I will not fill the form and transfer the amount from Google pay,they refused.

Ordered an item on the 22nd August. Told would be delivered in 25 - 30 days. 61 Days later still not received. Unable to tell me where my order is. Unable to tell me when it will arrive. Unwilling to give me a refund. Do not waste your time or money with this company

They are chor and meant for cheating only I have ordered Garmin edge 200 on 06.09.20 and still waiting these kind of stupid and online fraudsters honest & small online startup may get wrong impression. A criminal complaint should be filled against the owners & cheater of this company and should be behind the bars

Fraud site. Got the wrong product then they changed the name of the product from my order history to prove it was write. Wow

i have ordered and paid a cycle seat till now there is no news about it no response for my emails

Hopeless customer service. No transparency. They are looters. They don't want to refund after I request for cancellation. Very dishonest. I wonder how many innocent customers have been already cheated by this fake site. I want to spread this news as much as possible

I ordered scarf hanger which I paid Rs 529+ Rs.50 for shipping. I received the item after one month.i was shocked after seeing the item I received. It was totally different from the photos illustrated on their website. Later I checked other online shopping sites. The same item was available at Rs.169. I lost my money as u can't use this item. They are not ready for refund. Don't buy anything from them.

The delivery services are not up to the standards and even the software interface doesn't show the tracking status of the product and the expected delivery date of the parcel.

I've ordered a product on May 8th, 2020 and I got the product on October 6th, 2020. I can understand the delivery delays during the time of COVID-19, but 5 months is really a long time to deliver the product.

Also, the "To address" written on the parcel was incomplete (even though I gave the complete address) which caused inconvenience for the delivery personnel to deliver the parcel at my home. Eventually, I had to take the time off from my busy schedule, not to forget during COVID-19, to go to the post office to collect the parcel.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with your services.

Fraudulent website. I ordered 1 unit of "Microsoft Xbox One Controller Analog Stick Internal Joystick Thumbstick Cap with T6 T8 Screwdriver Set" on May 22, 2020.
Received the parcel on Oct 5th 2020 and it was not what I ordered. It was a calculator from some Chinese company named LEMO. And the calculator doesn't even work. Apparently the big brains there are reinventing math because the calculator shows 2+2 is 0.

This is fraudulent website, have purchased items on may 21 2020 I have made payment online but I have not received the items plus they are not refunding the amount.

This is a fraud website please don't buy anything from this site..I ordered on 1st September still not received the product and also no option for cancellation of the order too.

I received my order after almost 45 days and multiple follow ups and commitment failures (initial commitment of 25 days)....they are impromptu in reverting, but lack professionalism, business transparency and proactiveness.... knowing the fact Covid is possing a lot of issues...they must learn from their competitors how effectively they are managing even after posing same challenges....
