I purchased (means ordered & paid full amount of Rs.7481) Logitech webcam on 22 July.
Till today i have not recieved my order. Eassymall seems to be a fraud company.
Every time i email, only automated reply comes. Somewhere in first week of August once reply came that dur to Covid19, your may be delayed. But its already nearing 2 months. I dont think any thing can be ao late as now every business id open.
Company is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I have ordered item on 25th May,2020. Till now the item not received. Whenever asked (thru mail, they don't give contact number) simply due to covid little bit late and you will receive shortly.

Very well designed website, so that one will have no doubt about this company. But unfortunately produced from the same tamilnadu who produced Abhinandan. Shameless ppl. Ordered a holder for my bike computer and this company cheated me.!! Never got my product and never turned up too when asked for a refund !!

Fraud company . Once u make the payment it's all gone . No contact phone number , no response from support email . Please stay away from the web site

They have posted a Camo DS4 for Rs. 3300 which is too good to be true. CLearly this site is fake. Thank god I did not buy from them. Also their checkout Receipt clearly says this site is a scam.

i have place an order for remote on 10th june , order OID no. 12732. when i place the order there was 1 piece in stock. i paid amount thru my icici bank card. after 10 days when i have not received my product. i write to them they reapply it will take one more month . then i cancelled my order on 25th june 2020. they reply amount will be refund with 3/4 days.
till date i have not received my payment when i write they say we will contact our accounts dept and let you know. this eassymall is faraud site do not purchase any thing from them.

Past 50 days I am waiting product not received as well the refund.
Try to reback the money. Don't cheat the people.

Do not order anything on from them. It was bad experience with this site. I placed an order on 1st July 2020. It's been a month now I didn't receive my product neither any reply to my complaints. I called on 9134428075 online customer care and that executive was asking my debit card details n bank account details (cust ID and all). They are fraud

Items received, though after considerable delay which is due to the prevailing pandemic and understandable. Quality of the product delivered is satisfactory. I sincerely wish the company a speedy recovery from the difficult times.

I ordered a webcam on May 31 2020. But still i didn't receive product. They are getting excuse saying Covid 19 . I asked several times for refund.They replied saying that U will get refund within 4-5 days. But so many days passed ... no refund.
Kindly don't trust this website. This is fraud.

Its a scam . Don’t buy anything from them . I learned my lesson .

The site is a show piece . Never believe them and do not place order online with eassymall..I have very bad experience and my money struck against my order for UV box for Rs 5000 since last two months ...No reply to my mail and no response on avilable contact no...they even talk rough ...please please please do not place order.
