Claire at Echo Finance is fantastic, she was so helpful, empathetic and proactive in the whole process with our mortgage. Always on-hand to answer any questions we had and offer us as many options as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend Echo Finance & Claire specifically. We will definitely continue using them in the future.

Abdul Hamid helped me get a great deal with my mortgage. He provided great advice and kept me up to date with everything. I appreciate everything he has done for me.

Paul was patient, kind, and professional throughout. I can struggle to articulate information clearly, and I never felt rushed or flustered.
I was not looking forward to the process - hence delaying it so often. There was no drama, no pressure, just solid information and advice. Although at the moment changing would not benefit me (Paul was very honest about this) if I do need to rearrange things I will come straight back to Echo Finance and to Paul.

As a single, clueless woman trying to secure my first mortgage before I had started my job in my first year of teaching I was worried about this whole process but Barry made it seamless, comfortable and even quite enjoyable! Barry talked to me like a human being rather than a case reference, took all of my circumstances on board and never stopped working to find me the very best rate right up to the end.
As a teacher, I’m pretty uncontactable 10 hours a day but Barry was understanding and accommodating. Most importantly for me, I felt Barry was incredibly approachable and never made me feel silly or useless - even when I had no idea what Sick Pay I was entitled to at work!

Our experience with Liam at Echo Finance was seamless. As a mortgage advisor he really fought for us and we felt like he was absolutely on our side in finding the right product/deal for the mortgage on our family home.
He is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and was very professional.
He made the whole process understandable and didn’t talk down/use jargon, which was very appreciated.
