Once again, Megan has been so helpful. She does all the hard work for you and is extremely responsive/courteous. She has gone to the trouble to tailor our remortgage to suit us and keep checking the market, resulting in better deals for us. Cannot speak highly enough of her!

We contacted Echo Finance and spoke to a couple of advisors who did not complete our requests but I then got through to Liam Knowles who has been amazing. From the beginning to the end of the process he has been there for us, talking us through all the stages of applying for a mortage to finding a lender who could help us, putting up with my numerous emails, so professional and polite he is a credit to the company .

Andrew Watson at Echo Finance has been nothing short of amazing. Trying to secure a mortgage for my Autistic son who relies on PIPS and Universal Credit was never going to be easy. Initially we explored options with 'My Safe Home' for the HOLD scheme but I had reservations as a costly and lengthy process.
