Jim Wortley was very professional and helpful during the mortgage application process. I did find this stressful as I was moving out of rental into a mortgaged property however Jim provided the right level of reassurance and guided me through the process to the successful outcome.

After nearly giving up trying to find a re-mortgage deal, Karl got in touch and went above and beyond to find us the best deal out there. He was also at the end of the phone or an email away if we had any questions or worries, no matter how simple or silly the question was.
