I have been using Feedback Five software since a long time now and i can say it with guarantee that the software is the best for sending feedback mails to amazon buyers.
It gives us many options to customize and create custom templates.
The best part is it saves us lot of time and gives the direct link to product review and seller feedback to buyer.

Rest the luck depends whether the customer open the mail or drop a review or not :P

Using feedback software. The templates are easy and beautiful with options for customization.

ReStockPro is a great time saver and reduces out of stocks. It tells you when you need to reorder and how how much. Also it shows you what your profitability and competition is on each item. Can't do without it.

Great predictor of sales velocity. Fast to use, and quick resource to know which items have lost profitability!

Using RestockPro from eComEngine has allowed me to increase my sales by at least 25% year on year. It allows me to reorder stock in time so that we have no out of stock issues

Easy to use and i couldn't run our business without it

I have an established eCommerce business and I chose to test out Amazon as a new channel for sales. Even though my sales were low starting out, it wasn't long before I realized I need a way to automate messages to my buyers. I found FeedbackFive and have been VERY happy with the support and help they have given me along the way. It is a must for any size Amazon store!

We had this service for 6 months and never got one review. We even had them design and write the email for us and still, nothing. No ROI whatsoever.

Super good and reliable platform, reactive support. I would surely recommend it. Had use it for almost a year now, no issues :)

Great tool, its part of my success on amazon.

Expensive for what it actually does, user interface not very intuitive, pages slow to load(at east connecting from within China). Some markets (Japan amongst others) not supported. Overall, not very satisfied with the service provided.

Very happy that this is automated and successfully getting us reviews. One less thing I have to worry about makes life easier. Well worth the money!

Switched over after using a competitor for 2 years.In the first week we received 20 new feedbacks. Very happy

Seems to be a necessary thing, but doesn't seem like very good value for the money.

It was easy to create interesting emails by FeedbackFive.
Compared with flat e-mails so far, I got quite a lot of customer reviews.

Decent for the price. Wish the email notifications for feedback/poor product reviews came faster. Wish they had an AB testing system. Email templates could stand an overhaul. But, you get what you pay for.

Love that FeedbackFive is set it and forget and the price is really reasonable. Just wish that the notifications for neutral or negative reviews got to me quicker. By the time I get the text message, my team has already dealt with the matter.
