Run like a well oiled machine

They let me add things to my order last minute and I incurred no shipping charges. Their chatbots are real people. Their parts fit unlike some parts from other vendors. The only problem is I had some screws that were recommended in error but I bet they make that right too.

Received a broken side tail light


Received a broken side tail light called them up gentleman. I spoke to promised to send a replacement out and also give me $50 store credit after a week of waiting no emails or tracking numbers or any type of communication. Decide to call them up a whole entire day spending back-and-forth on the phone and holding to be told nope your shit out of luck Garbage company all I want is a new tail light but they have there heads so far up there ass I’m going to have to go the legal route

The representative offered a $50 credit if you wanted to keep them so you wouldn't have to uninstalled them and ship the lights back. We'd hate for you to have downtime and try to offer alternative solutions. After your confirmation, we proceeded with the credit. Service going downhill

Have been using them for years and it seems now they focus a lot on making sales but totally lacks customer support. Ordered a complete set of EBC brake pad, EBC all black brake discs and some other accessories on Aug 23rd, took them 2 months fulfill everything on the order, hiccups on warehouse not having the parts that are suppose to be in stock and constantly delaying the rear brake discs. I am not in a lot of hurry for the parts and I am cool to wait. Finally the rear brake discs arrived, only to find out that it is coated in silver instead of all black pictured on their online store. Reached out to them since Oct 23rd and not a word from them ever since. Now I am stuck with black front brake disc and rear silver and with big open spoke wheels, will be very obvious to see the disc hub on the front is black and the rear ones are silver and this is not what I wanted and definitely not what I ordered. Having seeing a lot of one stars review recently makes me wonder what’s going on with them. Anyways, there are other reliable sources who respond to emails in a day and offer excellent pre and post sales customer service, ECS was great to deal with and I guess they don’t need my business anymore and will gladly steer away from ECS from now on.

I still this day have not received the belt I ordered they keep sending me emails that they waiting for whoever to send it to them I guess it’s a supplier they said the 14th of October never got it I will not buy anything from this place again

If I can put 0 review that’s what they would have got. I places an order for a part the part came broken I notified them they replace it came broken again did it again and came broken again (3 times ) even send them a video opening the package and instead of making it up for wasting my time they want me go out of my way to send the part back so they can give me my refund smh 3 times. They are a joke cheap messed up parts

Do not order from ECS tuning

Do not order from ECS tuning. This company is great at taking orders they horrible about rectifying their mess ups.

I ordered spec stage 2 clutch kit they sent out 2 clutches and no flywheel.

I had an appointment to get the clutch installed at the shop and had taken off work. Their solution was to send me a second flywheel at my expense and issue me a refund for the flywheel after clutch was received back. Offering nothing for their mess up. Wasting my time and costing me money to take off work for nothing. 2 ubers.

Do not deal with ecs tuning. You were warned. That's not how you rectify your employees Incompetence.

Fraud!!!

Worst customer service Ever! I ordered and Product from the Company and never received it. This company told me they’re going to investigate the matter with FedEx and never resolved the issue.

They kept blaming on fedex that they have proof of picture of the delivery. When I looked at the picture it wasn’t my home address.
Clearly not my house! Remember you can always file a dispute.

I filed the dispute with the bank and the bank issued the refund immediately since this is a known issue with the company.

So anyone who purchased from this company if they refuse to refund the money, just go ahead with your bank and file a dispute and the bank will issue refund immediately.

After reading past issues about ECS


After reading past issues about ECS Tuning service and quality, I have never had these issues at all! I have bought multiple VW parts to include rear suspension adjustable toe control arms, VW steel oil pan, which was a very quality built part. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a brake kit on September


I ordered a brake kit on September 28th. I received a email from Erin J few days later stating that they "may" have shipped only half the order and to let them know if they did. Order arrived 1/2 as she suspected so I called in. I then spoke with Rob K who proceeded to question me for an hour about what I received. I gave him part numbers but he still did not believe me he wanted me to measure what I got, weigh it, check the ones on my car, etc. it was only after an hour that he relented and said they would ship out the missing part next day. Well next day came and no parts arrived. I then spoke with Vince (very nice guy) who after another 40 minutes of questioning admitted the warehouse "forgot" to ship. that was this past Friday. it is now Monday and still not parts, no answers and they refuse to acknowledge my emails, calls, chats, etc. On top of all this I paid for everything including $29 in freight even though the website states free shipping when the order is over $49. At this point I feel the company is fraudulent, Customer service does not care and the shipping warehouse is completely clueless. Worst online buying experience ever. order number 137-427-356
It is now Tuesday and still no parts or resolution in sight.

BS on my address you folks used the wrong address so you cannot pass the blame to Fedex. Nice try.

Got sent USED parts

Got sent USED parts, that were clearly returned. Got charged Full frigging price, called and sent emails only to have to wait weeks for them to look at the pictures I sent. Then am told it's past the time I could return it without paying for shipping on a 70lb item.
And re stock fees when they sent USED parts.
Don't use ECS ever. They don't care

These guys used to be exceptional, but it feels like they've just given up. More than once, things aren't shipped as promised - and I'm not talking about delays after shipping that aren't their fault - I'm talking about setting a shipment up for Red Label overnight, paying the extra and having them not bother, and just sending it ground.

That's bad enough, but when I have tried to contact them to get the shipping refunded, customer service is unreachable. It has taken them WEEKS to answer and return emails. They did credit the shipping on this, but only after arguing with me about it.

Sorry, but there are other places selling similar parts and they will be getting my business.

**A Wholesale Customer’s Nightmare with ECS Tuning: My Experience**

As a long-term wholesale customer, my recent experience with ECS Tuning was not only disappointing but downright infuriating. After years of doing business with them, I was faced with a situation that completely shattered my trust in this company, and it ended with them banning my account rather than offering any meaningful help.

My issue started when I received a product that didn’t fit properly—a product that ECS Tuning had provided. Mistakes happen, I get that, and as a business owner myself, I know the importance of clear communication and customer service to resolve issues. Unfortunately, ECS Tuning’s handling of the situation was anything but professional.

After discovering the issue, I contacted ECS Tuning expecting a quick and reasonable resolution. What followed was hours and hours of frustrating back-and-forth communication, not just with ECS Tuning but also with the vendor involved. I spent countless hours on the phone, repeating the same information, only to be sent in circles between ECS and the vendor, neither of whom seemed willing to take responsibility or offer a solution.

Instead of stepping up to help resolve the issue, ECS Tuning’s customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no regard for the fact that I had been a loyal, long-term customer. Despite the fact that the mistake was on their end, ECS Tuning refused to assist me in any meaningful way. Every time I called, I was either met with vague promises that someone would get back to me or pushed off onto another representative who seemed equally uninterested in resolving the issue, sticking me with a 1000 dollar set of adjustable springs that did not fit.

The absolute worst part of this experience came when, after spending an absurd amount of time trying to get help, ECS Tuning decided to **ban my account** instead of offering any form of resolution. That’s right—rather than admit their mistake or work towards a solution, they simply cut ties with me altogether. As a wholesale customer who had invested significant time and money into this business relationship, this was an insult.

So, not only did ECS Tuning fail to provide me with the correct product, they also refused to help when things went wrong. Their customer service was horrendous, and their final solution was to ban me from their platform entirely. This is not how you treat any customer, let alone a long-term one.

ECS Tuning’s approach to resolving issues is, in my opinion, appalling. Instead of taking accountability, they deflect blame and, in my case, ban the customer rather than work towards a solution. I can no longer do business with them, and honestly, after this experience, I wouldn’t want to. If you’re considering using ECS Tuning for your automotive needs, especially as a wholesale customer, be prepared for the possibility that, when things go wrong, they may leave you high and dry.

I strongly advise anyone to **think twice** before doing business with ECS Tuning. Their lack of professionalism and refusal to take responsibility has cost them a long-term customer, and I’m sure I’m not the only one who’s had this kind of experience. Buyer beware.

Cheapest bars I could find!

Cheapest I could find the Yakima cross bars for my truck topper. I was a bit hesitant to order from here after reading some reviews but the order came in quick and I ran into no issues with the order. Figured I'd give credit when deserved!
