Was easy purchase and item arrived - delivery guys weren't the most careful as they had the oven upside down at one point which can damage it - albeit it doesn't seem to have done anything.

Ordered a TV of amazon on the 19/11/22.
Got an email same day saying you will get
an email the day before delivery with the drivers number which was the 21/11/22
This day came and went with no email.
I was not going to take the day of work if not needed.
Today the 22/11/22 the TV came with no email first.
Ok mix up but still bad for the customer.
The next delivery day was in a weeks time.
Why becuase this company only deliver to the west midlands.
Once a week on a tuesday wow.
Great price but real bad customer service and delivery.Avoid if you dont have days to wait for your item.One star due to the great price.Shame about your delivery system its 2022 things should not take weeks to come.

Ordered in September a new tumble dryer and after one botched delivery when they didn't have my whole address, it was soon rectified and it was delivered as expected. Two months down the line I have an issue as it's stopped working and so far I can't get hold of anyone on the phone...i'm hoping they'll reach out to me following this review

Despite missing the original delivery date (hence the 4 stars) the customer service and rescheduled delivery was faultless. I would use this company again.

Ordering was easy and I arranged for a delivery at an address but then found that I couldn’t be there to take it in and had to change the delivery address. Graham was very helpful in making this happen. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future.

Simple to order, good prices, pretty fast delivery, arrived when it said it would although I didn’t get a call the day before about delivery times had to phone the shop on Saturday and was given the drivers number to find out our time slot. Other than that everything was great and we love the fridge freezer!

Excellent service from order to delivery

I have been trying to contact this company regarding an order I have made. I attempted to contact them via the phone number they supplied and was on hold for over an hour, so I decided to try and log into my account instead, which didn't work several times. Instead I then tried to reset my password, which seemed to work, but when I attempted to log in it shows the message "incorrect captcha" despite there being no captcha shown on the website anywhere, at all.

I am now nervous I have been scammed. I haven't received any update via email since the initial purchase 6 days ago. The delivery slot says 3-10 days, but I at least expected some kind of update to advise when the date had been set and after 6 days into the delivery slot a date should definitely have been set by now.

Edited for up from one to two stars as I managed to log in after waiting for a few hours as it removed the need for captcha, but I tried with several different web browsers before this and still couldn't see the captcha when it was requesting and "the over an hour on hold" part was still a major red flag.

Edit: increased to three stars after receiving confirmation text for delivery date

Brilliant service from Electrical Discount UK. Fast efficient service, pleasant, and customer friendly. I would defiantly use them again. I love my Montpellier fridge freezer, bright cherry red, it looks lovely.

I ordered my new oven last thing on a Friday evening, Monday evening there was a knock at the door and there it was, great price & quick delivery, very happy

From my first point of contact to EDUK to delivery, service has been fantastic. My issue was resolved straight away (we had issue with manufacturer, not retailer) EDUK we’re great in rectifying straight away, Simon in customer care and Mike the director- fantastic Thankyou!

Customer service doesn't exist once they have your money! Save yourselves worry, time (months) and money. This company also trades under different names!

I'll start this review by saying that I received the goods I ordered quickly and in perfect condition; the delivery driver was exceptional and deserves to be rewarded by his company for providing a service beyond expectations.

Areas that this company need to review and improve upon are:

Ordering: I had to pay by Paypal as the first attempt using credit card failed. The initial credit card payment was authorised properly but was not taken. Of course this puts you (the customer) in a state of worry authorising a payment of over £2000 twice. I contacted their customer service, who answered promptly, and advised they were experiencing technical problems. They told me the credit card payment would not go through, and I should use Paypal.

Customer service was good, but I shouldn't have needed them.

Communication was poor: the only communication I received was a single email confirmation of the order. Compare this with another order, from a different supplier, made the same week: here we received 5 updates before during and after delivery.

The web site says we will be contacted "within 24 hours"... of what? Delivery? Order? Who knows? ... The only contact we received, after placing the order, was a phone call from the delivery driver. He was outside our house unable to get an answer. At the time we were 50 miles away! We had received no notification that the delivery was going to take place that day.

Fortunately the driver was staying locally that night and he delivered the item at 05:50am the following morning. Not an issue for me. The performance of this guy was stunning! It wasn't his fault that his company had messed up on the communication and he ran the extra mile to make the delivery. So a big thanks to him!

As of today their website says my order is "in Process" (the same as the day I ordered it) -- Its now 10 days post delivery so the website is wrong and, throughout was uninformative.
