Your people made it very easy. The bike arrived in time. In the colors wanted and extras included.

I love my electric bike Model R. It does seem to hesitate when I’m in assist mode when changing options. My experience with my rep, Blake is at this point unforgivable. He was anxious to help until he had my credit card. Then my questions took longer and longer to answer. When I received my bike it was missing a battery🙃. Got that replaced. The technology for location was a nightmare. First they sent me someone else’s registration. I called the customer and he said it was years since his purchase as all his personal information was in the box. The second one I received was missing parts. The third one I received I could not register. I called the company and they told me the device was registered to someone else. Now the $49 mirror. This was a joke. I tried to put it together. My husband tried and finally we paid to have a professional bike mechanic put it on. First time out it fell apart. My sales rep then sent me another mirror. He said it was the last one and it was great! Well I received it and it had been opened as the plastic bag holding the pieces was ripped. Well, needless to say worthless!! Customer service, Mike was Excellent! He refunded my location technology and mirror and even sent me a ups return label. So I have to ask myself, would I buy this bike again? Probably, YES, HOWEVER NOT WITH BLAKE. Unfortunately, my low score was because of Blake!! Mike in Customer Service was excellent as well as the owner of the company. Perhaps, he should stay making “how to” videos and forget sales. Blake’s communication and follow up is well beyond lacking!! Blake takes your money and than forgets who you are! By the way Blake I’m still waiting for my handle bar cap since the mirror fell to pieces!!!

First and foremost, great product. We love both our bikes. Add to that superb service and customer support. Look for the nice occasional special and save. Thanks to all at Electric Bike Company!

I am very happy with my bike. My only complaints are that I would have liked a bit more input on frame styles and acceptable terrain when I spoke with the representative or a more comprehensive comparison chart on line that addresses that. Also, the manual needs some work. It needs more in depth information and written for ebike newbies.

The staff seem pleasant. However, there needs to be more communication between EBC and its customers before, during, and after the sale. All salesmen should be well informed about all of their bikes and products. All details of each bike and its options should be well explained. At the end, I love my bike!!!

I have been looking at E-Bikes for a few months and have chatted with more than a few sales people. Blake at EBC has been great, he answered all my questions over two days and made product suggestions. I pulled the trigger on the Model A, Basket and Lock. I 100% would recommend EBC and more importantly Blake. He helped me make my decision to give my business to EBC!!

Love how easy it was to pick up the bike specific for me. Love that it was delivered. Already ready to go. And I absolutely love riding it.

Nice bike, works as expected. The bike was well packaged for shipping and I have yet to come across any flaws. Customer service has proven to be a delight. An employee consistently answers the phone and is often helpful, too. I returned a helmet and promptly received a refund. It's so refreshing to conduct business with a company that is available and responsive. I heartily recommend the Electric Bike Company.

Each and every time I take my bike in for a flat tire or a tune up i am always happy with the service. I usually go to the Huntington Beach location. They are always fast and friendly. I appreciate them and their work.

Great bikes. I bought 2 Model E’s loaded. Mine is great but my wife was uncomfortable with its weight. So we traded it in for an Aventon Pace 500.3. A lighter bike that she is more comfortable riding. Notwithstanding the foregoing we love ❤️ your bikes.

Best decision I ever made! I surprised my husband with the Model R because I enjoy my Model E so much! Since then, we go out for 22 mile rides at a time like it’s nothing. I could never do that with a regular bike. An E bike makes me feel 7 again! The Electric Bike Company bikes are high-quality. Everywhere we go people ask us about our bikes because they are so beautiful. I loved that we were able to design our own. They are comfortable to ride. I can’t say enough good things about the Electric Bike Company bikes. They are the best bikes I’ve ever seen and ridden.

I really want to rate this higher because I love my Model S that is red whit and blue. Extended battery and ride are great. Customer service is very responsive but here is my gripe…The box it came in was a brand Ken mess and one of the fenders had a dent. EBC replaced it quickly but wow is it a hassle to take the rear tire off and get it back on by yourself. I left for travel for a couple months and returned to a battery that went into sleep mode (from hell). After trying everything from ENC troubleshooting recommendations, I reached out to ENC customer service. Immediate response…but with bad news. No where do remember reading anything that says if your battery goes into “sleep mode” you need to either buy the additional exterior charger or send the battery back to EBC for it to be awaken. $199.00 plus $20.00 shipping for the charger. I see I received a coupon for $50 if I left a review which was prior to my debacle. The coupon is only good if you spend over $200.00 not $199.00. I ordered the bike loaded, larger battery, upgraded paint, basket, alarm etc. I don’t need more stuff to clear the $1 hurdle.

we went to miami this year and tested their bikes at a dealer in miami. we fell in love with them, they are gorgeous. Unfortunately for the purchase and importation into Italy we were not helped at all. they made us buy the bicycle without telling us that importing it would have been almost impossible. so we trusted. it took us 2 months and over 5,000 euros to import it. and the company is highly uninterested in it. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. they don't care about the customer at all.

Ordered a model Y for my wife’s Christmas present in December. Ordering process on the website is straight forward and easy to use.
The back arrive very quickly and my wife loves it. The build quality is exceptional. We ordered the wood fenders and chain guard and the are amazing, the craftsmanship is like a fine piece of furniture.
The only thing to take note of is that the model Y is clearly a woman’s bike, yet it is a rather large frame. At 5’4” it is a bit big for my wife.
