Excellent customer service from Electric Combi Boilers. Our unit suffered a faulty diverter. They paid for a new replacement and contributed towards the labour cost of our plumber.
They were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Hi, I had an issue with a leak in my electric boiler on Friday morning ,called their service line and reported the issue. They booked an engineer for Monday next and Jas arrived on time fixed the issue with new parts in 30 mins under the warranty terms. Jas is a credit to his company and wished others operators has this level of efficiency..Jas well done....Eddy

I had an Airbnb client arriving in 2 days and there was no hot water, I called The Electric Boiler Company to come and repair it, they were very professional and knowledgable and sent Jaz to repair it before my guest arrived. Jaz was amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t have to cancel my guest. He came out twice within 24 hours, it was quite a distance for him to drive. He is such a lovely guy and is a credit to this company. I highly recommend Jaz. Thank you, Claire, Oxfordshire

Highly recommend
I was experiencing issues with my boiler for a while, my water would not stay hot enough for a full shower.
Jaz was called out to check out the issue and after running some tests he found that his suspicion was right, he identified the problem and was able to resolve the issue with the boiler.
He also managed to identify issues with the installation and prepared a report on his findings.
Would absolutely recommend Jaz. He gives a really friendly and trustworthy impression and is even great company for a nice chat!

Error F1 on boiler
I did not have to wait for the help I needed to fix the problem with my boiler as soon as Sally the lady I spoke to answered she assited me in identifying and helping me fixing the fault.She was very polite and efficient.

Our electric boiler had several problems and it was serviced just 2 weeks ago,but the engineer who came didn't rectify any faults.Then a kind hearted man Jaz from electric combi boilers came out and resolved the issue within an hour.Jaz had the knowledge and the experience of the boiler.We were really impressed with his work.I would recommend Jaz in the future.
