Great Service - Jaz the Engineer
Just want to say a big thank you to Jaz the boiler engineer and the team at The Electric Boiler Company. Jaz went out of his way to accommodate my schedule on the day of my appointment at the last minute. That sort of help doesn't happen very often and I was really grateful to him for changing his schedule at the last minute. My boiler needed urgent attention and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Thank you Jaz. Great friendly service much appreciated.

Jaz was friendly, clear, and thorough!
This review is specifically for Jaz, who came out and replaced several parts of our boiler as well as a full service. Jaz was friendly and took the time to clearly explain the problem and what he was doing. He was really thorough with checks and I was reassured he diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly. Additionally he gave a few tips to save on bills. The Whatsapp service was also really handy.

Jaz, has come out twice now with problems with my boiler, & I can’t thank his manners & approach enough, he’s so friendly, has explained loads to me, which has helped so much, super helpful & kind.
Absolutely lovely guy & knows what he’s doing, can’t thank him enough for explaining & showing me how to use the boiler as well, even better doesn’t leave until everything has be double checked over & all working as it should again & so I’m happy with it all 👍🏼👍🏼

The boiler arrived badly damaged in a…
The boiler arrived badly damaged in a single thickness cardboard box the type of which you might expect to receive from Amazon.
We are a small company with highly skilled diectly employed staff, the goods provided were unloaded at a Church in central London by our Site Manager who instantly sent images to our HQ to allow us to raise a concern. We were then ( amazingly swiftly (!) ) bombarded with 'proof' ( photos of one end of an undamaged box) that the boiler was sent 'undamaged'. The damage appears to now be our problem, what a joyous situation - We do not think that we need Columbo to work out what has happened here.
We are now seeking to straighten the badly bent up casing, however taking the outer cover off has revealed that the electrical panel is flapping around unfixed, it has clearly been fiddled about with in the past - We have been offloaded with a second hand wreck.
Our advice? - Avoid these guys like the plague unless you want to throw away £ 2K!

We had no hot water for 6 days before…
We had no hot water for 6 days before we got in touch with Electric Combi Boilers and they were amazing! Jaz was a total professional and knew exactly what was wrong from the moment he got there and fixed it so quickly. We were so happy with how accommodating the company were to the urgency of our situation and very happy to have a working boiler again!
