Dreadful company who send out returns labels then claim they received but it has returned to sender which turns out goes back to them again not customer! When you raise a dispute for refund they tell you they don’t cover lost in transit! Steer clear! Collect plus are on to them also!

Upon receiving reply on this review from this company I have now given them evidence that collect plus keep attempting the return to them which they then reject and say return to sender which also goes back to their address! Michele is the person their end that keeps rejecting the return

Really unhappy as I received a completely different item to the one I ordered. I contacted customer services immediately & was told that the item I want is no longer available and that I won't get a refund until the incorrect item has been returned back to the warehouse. I am still waiting for collection of the item 9 days later and have had to put up with a very large package blocking my hallway. I've rung customer services a number of times & just get told I've got to wait for the delivery company to get in touch with me!! I really don't think this is good enough

Absolutely useless... Was told day for delivery, but it didn't arrive.
Phoned... was told that I would receive email within 20 minutes... nothing arrived...

Then next morning, received a email to say it would be delivered that day... it is a large pergola, so had to rearrange day at last moment to be in...

Then, when unpacking it I discover that the wall plate and runner do not have the requiredcut-out notches in them, so cannot assemble it...

really awful service ordered a table that said available in 5 days. then they sent a email saying it wouldn't be available until September which didn't work for us. cancelled order they charged us £75 and won't give it back AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The Gold/brass table with Glass top was excellent quality, not too difficult to assemble and was very well packaged and protected. My only problem was that it to absolutely FOREVER to arrive.

Ordered black arch mirror in may. Took until august to arrive which is why I took a star off. When it arrived the bottom right corner was cracked. Contacted company by email and they responded immediately. They were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement mirror the very next day which arrived the day after. Mirror was in perfect condition and is very beautiful. Customer service is brilliant and would definitely order from them in the future because of this.

Once chosen on-line the order process was very easy and immediately acknowledged with estimation of how long the delivery might take. Delivery was quicker than expected and very efficient. The telephone table ordered was as displayed and in excellent condition on arrival. All-in-all could not fault any aspect of purchase.

I have bought a Chelsea bed, bedsides, chest drawers and a wardrobe. The bed looks very nice as it is in the picture and so does the rest. It does require a bit of mastermind to assemble cos it comes in many pieces but the end result is very nice. The lead time was within 7 days, the wardrobe came within 3 days, and the customer service from Ellanoir was very good and very quick i had no problem at all. The only problem i had was with the delivery company which for my bad luck happened to be the same company for a fireplace i got from another supplier. The driver was only doing delivery attempts without even coming to my address. Then, He left my wardrobe in the rain without notifying and got destroyed. Only when i got the CEO of the delivery company involved, which strange enough responded to me within 5 seconds I got all my deliveries on time. Elleanoir arranged for collection of the wardrobe and very quick i got a replacement. It is very unfortunate that a driver has such a big impact on the way we value a company and he can easily ruin the reputation of 2 companies as in this case.
I red the reviews here after i bought the bed and was very concern at start but is not the case. If you are home, then will not have the problem i had with the delivery driver.

The Holmes Chesterfield 2 seater Sofa.it's everything I expected it's great quality worth ever penny .We were keep up to date of the progress all along the way.The delivery people were on time.Excellent alround would buy from this company again

I will start by saying that when I ordered my goods it did state up to 25 days delivery this is working days so don't count weekends,my order did go over 25 actually 30 which by law goods delivered inside 30 days is actually still classed as being delivered on time even if it stated 5/7 days delivery, anything over 30 days by law you can cancel your order freely no fee 5% or any other look this up people,now I really did think I wasn't getting my goods I paid through klarna anyway so that covers you,so anyway this was the last day for my order to be delivered before I could cancel(30)days and my bench and picnic table turned up and I was shocked yes but its here its constructed and its lovely,the tracking doesn't work but was promised delivery by today and its here,customer service did respond to my emails everytime I asked anything, this is a genuine review no fake, ellenoir delivered so I'm happy great quality regards Glen.

My anticipation when I ordered the workbench was that it would be delivered within 5-12 working days. I receive a badly worded e-mail on 12th July stating the you will update me regards the estimated arrival / dispatch date. within 48 hours. I hear nothing, until I chase by sending an e-mail the 20th July.

I then receive an e-mail on the same day as a response, telling me that my ordered is expected for delivery on 23rd August with the statement "This is an overestimation as we want to over-deliver". I'm not sure in what 'shape or form' you believe this to be over delivering, but you should take a serious look at your customer service. In summary:

1. Delivery timescale not adhered to.
2. A badly worded e-mail advising I will be contacted within 48 hours and heard nothing.
3. A patronising e-mail stating you want to over deliver.

I am just praying the product is up to the standard you are telling me, when it finally gets delivered.

I have never had such an absolute horrendous experience with any retailer EVER.
I purchased a pergola from this scam website as it clearly stated that I would receive it between 1 - 7 days. 3 weeks later, after no pergola was to be seen, I put in a claim via PayPal, and I'm so grateful that I paid via them otherwise it would have been a nightmare getting my money back.
I had initially emailed Ellanoir asking for a delivery update as it was already way past the agreed timescale, I was told I'd have to wait 48 hours for a response, once I told them that I wanted to cancel and would be claiming via PayPal, I immediately received emails calling me a clueless idiot amongst other outrageous comments. They also told me my eyesight was poor when I mentioned I'd seen the bad reviews and told me they were a success as they were earning 7 figures a month!!! I couldn't actually believe that a company could be in operation when they are clearly lying about their products, stock, offered disgusting customer service and don't have the ability to fulfill an order. The abuse I received from the 'customer service' team, along with the evidence that I had that clearly stated the original dispatch timescales that they promised, meant PayPal were very quick to close the case in my favor and claim the money back and refund me.
This is quite clearly a con and I can't see it going in for much longer with the amount of bad feedback and involvement from trading standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ellanoir luxury is about as far away from luxurious as you can get!!!

Ordered a 3.6 x 3.6 pergola on June 10th and received the item on July 22nd. Although this is a long delivery timeframe (this was stated in the product description, so was to be expected) the company responded to all email inquiries and were very helpful whenever I contacted them. Delivery was a breeze and the delivery company was very helpful.

The company was formed in March 2021 and their Director has a string of other companies - some of which are marked by Companies House to be written off.

The head office is run out of a terraced house - nothing wrong with that but couple it with a help line is based in the Phillipines, a chatbot that is effectively worthless and the track record of the company directors, alarm bells should start to ring.
Trying to get accurate details about delivery dates is pointless. Ask for a refund and they will sting you with the line about your order is bespoke and therefore exempt from a refund. I'm still waiting for my delivery and/or refund. Don't be another me, shop elsewhere.

Exactly what part of the review do you suggest is dishonest? You were formed in March 2021 - correct. The Director has a string of other companies marked for write-off - correct. You operate out of a rented terraced house - correct. None of your other companies have ever published financial records or filed returns with Companies house - Correct. You mislead customers with false delivery dates as shown on your website - correct. Trustpilot is littered with disgruntled customers - correct. I'm happy for Angel to comment on this but please do me the courtesy of responding with facts and not copy/paste replies.

One final comment ... if you repeat your claim about me being 'dishonest', without providing any facts to back that up, I will be forced to begin legal proceeding against you for defamation of character.

Pleased with my item I purchased this for my bedroom , unusual colours & well made . I did have an idea of size before I bought it but would have liked it to be a bit bigger in height for the area I have put it in but overall I’m pleased 😀

Placed my order, then 4 weeks later they added an extra £85. When I tried to cancel, because of the price hike, they tried to charge 5% cancellation fee. Shocking. Never again

We ordered a 3m x 3m pergola at cost of £349, Ellanoir luxury informed us at a later stage that there was pricing error and we needed to pay some extra to secure the order, which we were unable to do so within the timeframe, so to our disappointment we made the decision to cancel. Positively Ellanoir luxury have offered us a full refund and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Many Thanks.
