Eloquent Clicks レビュー 

I'm very dissapointed with eloquentclicks, I've returned a keyboard on April 8th because it was broken (which is not eloquent clicks' fault). They told me they had no stock and they would be having more in two months. Today, one day left for July. I've asked them twice and had no answer from them. No money, no keyboard.

From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional.

I reached out to their team to help narrow down the right option for my use case, and they gave genuinely helpful, tailored recommendations, not just a generic upsell.

Shipping was fast and the keyboard arrived within a week. Build quality is outstanding for the price point, and it was exactly as described.

As someone based in Malta, finding a EU store that ticks all the boxes, quality, pricing, and reliable international shipping, is rare. Eloquent Clicks does exactly that.

Les compré un teclado que por mala suerte me llegó defectuoso. Tras intentar dar con el problema con varios recambios, finalmente me ofrecieron reemplazarlo por otro nuevo.

Solo puedo más que recomendar a EloquentClicks. El servicio posventa (especial mención a Miriam) fue de 10 en todo momento, ha sido mi primer pedido, pero sin duda no va a ser el último. Envíos rapidísimos y atención al cliente que ya les gustaría a muchas empresas tener.

I had a great experience, they assisted me perfectly, answered all my questions clearly, and made everything very easy. I highly recommend them 100%.

Of what iv heard they are a little more expensive than others, but from my experince it's worth it due to their great customer support. What you get is a focused team of finding the issue and fixing it instead of finding the cause. Super happy with every interaction so far.

I build my first custom keyboard with their helper, the helped me through the process, answered all my questions and checked my order.
Even thou they are in Spain shipping to Finland was fast using DHL. Big plus for not using bad shipping services such as PostNord/DPD.

Would order again or recommend.

Lo único negativo que se puede decir de esta tienda es la falta temporal de stock de algunos productos ya que trabajan tan bien que terminan con ello en poco tiempo y siempre se preocupan de renovarlo en el menor tiempo posible.

Eloquent Clicks have a ton of projects running and so far all of them have been flawless. They also have very unique and exclusive products not found in any other EU mech store. All my orders have been shipped fast and all my issues taken care of!

Trato inmejorable por parte del personal, que además están casi siempre disponibles a través de su servidor de Discord.

Compré mi primer teclado "de entusiasta" aquí (KBD67 R3) y no tengo ninguna queja :)
