AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Terrible experience and still fighting for my money back. Was offered a 30% partial refund or to return items it would cost £30. Website is extremely misleading and not clear that items are being shipped from China. I paid £67 for 2 dresses which are of poor quality and to pay £30 to return them or 30% refund feels like complete robbery! Please avoid.

Terrible quality. I ordered a dress said it would be dispatched 1-2 days it took almost 4 then I found out it was being dispatched from China!! Nowhere in the delivery did it say it was being delivered from China. I ordered for a funeral. It didn't arrive in time. When it did arrive it was absolutley nothing like the picture. Terrible quality and website not accurate!! On request for a return i was told to I could have a partial 10% refund and keep the item or i could pay myself all the return costs including custom charges. Do not buy from this company. Avoid at all costs.

I bought this realy nice leather jacket and sweater and i have to say the quality is very high and i think that it will stay good for a few good times!

No major issues overall . Ordering was straightforward and the item turned out as expected

Purchased 2 cardigans. One fitted. One too large. Requested refund for large cardigan. Offered 15% refund. Requested full refund again. No response. Emailed them again. Response an offer of 30%. Requested full refund again. Told to post it to China and refund would be made when Customer services received notification it had been received. Postage needed to be tracked. Checked the cost of postage at Post Office. Told they don’t do tracking to China. Postage without tracking not guaranteed and over half the cost of cardigan. Checked address given by Customer services and different to one on website. Checked website address on Google. History of tracked packages being stuck at Customs and the original Dutch carrier not being able to help. No surprises there. Checked address from Customer services on Google. Business selling home appliances.
The cardigan that fitted worn a few times and already bobbled. Requested a full refund as not fit for purpose. No response. Didn’t really expect one but always good to give the opportunity for positive action.
Conclusion: Company selling cheap low quality imports at expensive prices. Smoke and mirrors website. Refund policy not robust or trust worthy. Don’t generally do reviews but this Company’s unethical behaviour bad enough to raise awareness of it.

Feels comfortable and looks the same as online. A solid choice if you're looking for something simple and wearable.

The product matches the description and fits well. Its a nice piece to have in my wardrobe
