From our first contact with EMA, we were treated with professionalism and empathy in planning to transport our elderly mother between care homes over 100 miles away. We felt confident that our mother would be safe in their hands and were reassured by the information they requested about her. The level of detail requested reflected not only the essential health and mobility needs information but also her interests, detailed information about her family members and her music preferences to facilitate conversation and provide a reassuring environment for her during the journey. On the day of the transfer, EMA were punctual and professional and carried out the transfer in exactly the manner they had promised. We were very happy with every aspect of the provision our mother received from EMA.

My 91 year old mother needed to be transported from Kent to Dorset. The team rallied round and moved her 24 hours earlier than initially planned. She left the hospital sound asleep and over the course of a 3 hour journey they kept a confused and frightened lady singing! They also phoned me to say she was safe as soon as they had her settled in Dorset. An awesome team from both the office and operations. Highly recommend them!

Pete, Steve and Amy were brilliant. They transported my extremely frail and anxious mother to a care home without any issues. The move couldn't have gone more smoothly and that was down to the professionalism and expertise of Amy in the office and Pete & Steve in the ambulance. I would not hesitate to recommend EMA to others looking to move an elderly bedbound relative.

EMA PATIENT TRANSPORT are the most kind and efficient people I have ever come across. I have been treated like royalty. Right from when they came to take me from the Care Home right back to my own home I can really recommend them to anyone needing specialist assistance.

Neil and Peter were friendly and professional medical staff when they transported us 140 miles to Somerset. The patient was comfortable and I was greatly reassured by the amount of cheerful care they showed, both for the patient and me. Many thanks.

We recently met with Amanda at one of our Sussex care homes and were extremely impressed. She was highly professional, with a kind and caring manner that immediately put us at ease.

The ambulance itself was very modern, bright, airy, and impeccably clean, equipped with all the latest facilities. We instantly felt we were in very safe hands. Every question we had was answered thoroughly, and we are very much looking forward to using your services in the future.

Sam and Amanda were so kind and caring when transporting my husband to and from our eldest granddaughter’s wedding. They took every care to make sure my husband was comfortable, and arrived on time - actually a few minutes before - which eased our nerves about the long drive to the venue. It made an emotional occasion so much more serene, being able to trust their care and consideration. Thank you.

I would like to thank Michelle , Justin & Steve for their kindness in helping our dear mum return home after 4months in a care home. They were incredibly kind and understanding in helping mum, making her journey home as pleasant as they could.
They carried mum upstairs and placed her into her chair and were a pleasure to deal with.

This was our second time using EMA patient transport, based on an excellent experience (Sam and Matthew, our transport staff, were wonderful) on the first occasion.

Again, on booking we dealt with Lisa (and last time Michelle as well) - both of whom were friendly, professional and efficient providing a seamless booking service.

The lovely Amanda and Jonathan were our transport staff on this occasion and turned up on the day on time, were very professional and engaging, friendly, showed due care to my parent who has high care needs at the moment and got us to the hospital appointment in good time. We felt safe and cared for every step of the way.

This is an excellent service and we highly recommend them.

Crew were professional, they made sure they spoke with us and mum ( who was being transferred) before hand which was good, they liaised with the home nurse as well, they were on time and the ambulance was well equipped and looked new, very good experience

Amanda and John collected a very frail gentleman (102 years old) from his home to take him to a local care home. They arrived on time, were extremely kind and effective and did all the moving and lifting really well. They worked well together.

My mother was able to walk down the steps to go into respite care however after 2 weeks in a local care home she lost all her lower mobility coordination and strength. We were abandoned by Adult Social Care services and Occupational therapist depts. So to avoid a definite risk/ harm of a fall and broken bones etc to my mother, myself and relatives in trying to get her back into her home we had to pay privately (from a family member's critical illness money)for a private transport ambulance. Justin and Neil were able to use a carry chair to get my mother back into her home safely and with dignity. They were caring and compassionate in their manner. Without the private transport ambulance I really don't know what would have happened especially as she was mobile when she went into respite care and was able to travel in a wheelchair taxi there. Thank you for being there when we were abandoned and the whole negative and stressful experience of a carer's respite care ended with a safe return home for my mother.

Have just finished patint trans port 20 days Bramley Hants to Southampton Radio Therapy. They were simply wonderful!! Very caring and most helpful door to door. Could not recomend a more better service, 5 stars!!!

EMA Patient Transport transported my Dad from Somerset to Milton Keynes. They kept me updated on arrival times and looked after my Dad with great care. We really appreciate everything they did on the day to take the stress out of a big move. They supported both care homes in the transfer and ensured everything went smoothly.

Justin and Pete were so caring and treated my 91 year old with total respect. Mum had a broken hip and leg, they handled her transfer to a stretcher from her bed with unbelievable kindness and care trying to minimize her discomfort. She was moved from one adverse Nursing home to a 5 star nursing home and they fulfilled the brief of quality care throughout. I cannot recommend them enough! I had to arrange patient transport for my parents to attend a hospital appointment . My initial contact was with Lisa and then later with Michelle . The whole process was very simple and arrangements made .Their engaging attitude gave me great confidence of their service. My parents wanted to say a big thankyou to both Neil and Justin who kindly looked after them from start to finish. A big trip for my Mum who hasn’t left the house for 7 months. She felt safe and comfortable throughout. The whole package was first class and would have no hesitation in recommending their services for your loved ones.

Absolutely brilliant service. To go to Wiltshire and bring down a frail elderly man to a nursing home was an amazing service. Made Peter at ease and supported us all at his home and was in no rush . I recommend EMA 100 💯 and thank you

My Dear 90 year Dad was collected and transported to another hospital within 90 minutes of my phone call. Michelle was very helpful on the phone and the paramedics transporting my dad were great. So happy
