I made the difficult decision to transfer my elderly mum from her care home to a home near to me - a 3 and 1/2hr journey. My mum has dementia and limited mobility so was very very distressed/disoriented. The ambulance crew were just amazing- incredibly kind to my mum and me. My mum was very well looked after. The transfer was efficient and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent service, 2 hour trip with potential difficult Alzheimer’s relative, dad arrived happy and made the transition so much easier to the new care home. Truly thank you as we were very worried how distressed he could be and we were amazed at his arrival! He pinched lots of business cards and the team went with what worked for him. Highly recommend. Plus the care home shared our view and kept the contact in case of future customers

Friendly and efficient service. Arrived on time, to collect and move my mum from a care home to another one in Sussex. Long drive, but very considerate of my mum and her welfare. Thank you from us as a family for making the whole process less stressful. Thanks to Justin & Neil

Steve T and Jade transferred my very poorly friend . From the moment they walked in I felt so at ease and knew he was in safe hands . The transfer was smooth and my friend not disturbed. So helpful with offering to take his belongings. My friend was treated with dignity and compassion with everything explained Thank you Steve T and Jade you were simply amazing

I needed an ambulance urgently to transfer (in wheelchair) my mother from home to emergency respite. Booking was easy and straightforward. Ambulance crew were on time. M & J (the crew) were understanding, very communicative and reassuring to my mother, thorough, and professional. The service was excellent and the crew were amazing.

Booked EMA to transport my 97 year old mother from Exeter to Camberley. Easy to book, phone calls answered and helpful information given. I considered the price to be reasonable given the distance. Phoned by the driver, Steve, to give me their eta on the day. Steve and Justin very efficent and compassionate. Great with my mother in law and knew what they needed from the care home. Would highly recommend

Trusting strangers with transporting your parents 25 miles is a big worry.
Starting with the phone to confirm they would be on time to meeting Pete and Justin in person we were put at ease. They answered all our questions and were very professional. What a relief all those worries were taken care of and we could actually enjoy Mum and Dads adventure as they were taken to their new home. I would recommend EMA to any one. Thank you.

I had the pleasure of meeting Sam from EMA patient transport services and to show him our care home in Sutton, Belmont House. Sam was extremely professional and polite throughout, explaining their services in depth and showed the ambulance available for services. I would recommend Sam and the EMA team to anyone in need of their services.

For the most part we were delighted with the service provided by EMA, and in particular the support crew of Steve T and Pete, who were attentive and professional throughout. Our only disappointment was receiving a request to delay pick up by 30 mins albeit that our booking time had been accepted and paid for. This resulted in an extended wait for the patient at a time she was keen to get home and rest.

Great customer service arranging the transport for my father. We had a courtesy call before they arrived, they were on time and the two paramedics were incredibly professional. I would highly recommend this company.

EMA provided an ambulance, at very short notice, to help my mother move when she was too weak to even sit up. The friendliness, care and professionalism of Steve and Neil was exemplary. They were cheerful and considerate and made my mother feel safe, despite the stairs and tiny lifts. They made one of my hardest days work out well beyond my hopes. I can't recommend them enough should you need such services.
