Sam is genuinely a great guy and very informative. Along with his wider team, they delivery person-centered support which really helps you feel like you are an individual, which puts you at ease!

We have used them several times over the last couple of months and they have always been hyper-efficient and very reassuring in, what can be, a very stressful situation.

We hired EMA to transport our precious mum from Dorset to Suffolk to live with my brother. Pete and Debbie were amazing right from their arrival (on time) and gave us immense peace of mind. They looked after mum so brilliantly and were professional from the start until the very end. We cannot rate them highly enough.

What brilliant service! Called ahead to advise arrival (bang on time). Our crew (Deb & Pete), were exceptional, confident, kind, knowledgeable and took great care of our Mum. It was a long journey from Dorset to Suffolk, but their contribution to our parents moving home was invaluable. Thank you both so much, terrific ambassadors for EMA - a great company to deal with from start to finish.

Sorry for our very late thank you but we just wanted to say what a brilliant team that drove from Poole to Putney collected my wife from the hotel and transported her safely all of 50 yards and up 6 flights of stairs to our apartment as the lift had broken down after her knee replacement op: Sophie, Jade, Debbie and Neil you were delightful and brilliant. Debbie and Jade did all they could to make a 60 mile round-trip to hospital for tests as comfortable for me as possible.

They arrived on time, were extremely competent, relaxed and friendly.

This was my second time using EMA patient transport and I will not hesitate to use them again if need be.

Arrived dead on time - two very helpful, friendly and kind drivers/nures. Managed the slightly awkward trnfer perfectly. couldn't have been happpier with the service.

Our second trip with EMA in less than a week was as good as the first, despite terrible weather. Steve and Debs were excellent, as were the previous crew Justin and Sophie. We couldn't ask for better.

From start to finish EMA patient transport made moving my mum from her care home into a nursing home as smooth as possible. The office team were helpful around my enquiries and the on the day team professional and caring. Couldn’t ask for more.

A brilliant service, easy to arrange with lots of helpful advice. I didn't travel with mum on the day but I was kept informed when they were en route from Surrey to Dorset by Julie and Sam who took great care of mum and made the whole experience of her moving to a new care home so much easier for us both. The team, Justin and Peter were friendly and professional when we moved my blind and bedbound 93 year old mother between care homes 50 miles apart. They were punctual. Peter chatted to mum throughout and kept an eye on her comfort and well-being. I can thoroughly recommend the service which I also thought was sensibly priced.

We hired EMA to take my elderly and frail mother-in-law from Poole to Morecambe. The team on board; Neil, Sophie and Debbie were amazing and professional. They helped make my mother-in-law feel reassured and in good spirits at what is a very stressful and anxiety laden time in her life. The drive was comfortable and safe. Mother-in-law was well taken care of. The team were cheerful, compassionate and patient, even though it was a very long day for them. I would not hesitate to recommend EMA - it was worth every penny for the peace of mind of knowing that a long journey was made comfortable for a vulnerable loved one. Thank you so much

My wife needed attended transport to a new nursing home, a journey of about an hour. Michelle was efficient and kind in sorting out the arrangements and the phone-updates were so reassuring as I was not able to be there for the journey. All went well and my wife was happily settled in her new home after a pleasant journey. The crew even managed to find room for her huge wheelchair. Thank you all.

I needed transport to take my Mum and Dad from their home in New Milton to a care home in Dorset. From the lovely friendly ladies I booked this through to the guys that came on the day this was excellent service. Pete and Steve treated my parents as if they were their parents. They understood how concerned I was for my parents to be doing an hours journey. I was emotional but was reassured by both these caring guys. Thank you so for all your help and support and putting my parents at ease.

I was quite worried about the process of moving my elderly & frail mum from one care home to another & decided to use EMA Patient Transport.
Really easy to set up (thanks Lisa & Michelle) & on the day, Neil and Matt were brilliant. I received a call 15 minutes before they were due to arrive to confirm they were on time; they were reassuring & gentle & made sure I was fully aware of what was involved at every stage of the transfer.
It went smoother than I could have wished for.

We had a first class experience today moving my mother to a new home. Sam and Julie were so professional and caring and could not have been nicer to my very elderly mother who has severe dementia. Thank you both so much.

EMA were exceptional to deal with from start to finish. The booking process was simple and covered all requirements in advance from our mother’s needs to property access. We were kept informed at all stages and the ambulance crew even contacted us to advise they were running ahead of schedule and could be with us earlier.
Our mother was treated with exceptional dignity, care and kindness from the moment the crew arrived and worked seamlessly with healthcare professionals at both ends of the journey.
We can only offer our heartfelt thanks.
