First time movers, had a really lovely experience working with Russell and Jessica. Had a really good chat with Russell about our options, he was generous in his explanations of the mortgage process and our options, gave good suggestions about how to keep things affordable. Jessica kept a close eye on proceedings as we worked through to completion and was quick to respond to questions and updates. No complaints and would happily recommend them to friends and family.

I approached Simon regarding help to re-mortgage to pay off my ex partner and from the start he was very helpful as there were a few issues with obtaining a high street lender but he persevered and sourced a lender and got me the best deal under the circumstances he took a bit of the weight off my shoulders during a stressful time the communication was excellent and it only took approximately 4 months to complete excellent service

We needed to remortgage and had used Anne before and were very pleased to see that she was still able to help us once again and through Embrace Financial Services, as always Anne is extremely thorough and a fantastic advisor throughout the process. She kept us upto date every step of the way, guiding us through the complicated proceedure of remortaging. Just picked up the keys to my house today!
