***BEWARE***

Dodged a scam, which goes:
"Hi, i want to buy your article but today i'm working, i'll send over a EMS EXPRESS courier that will pay you in cash and take the goods."

They then asked me to buy a money card & email a photo of the card & give them the code for the card to pay for the shipping insurance.

This is for an item I am selling on marketplace.

They say EMS will now sue me for not following the instructions to pay.

PLEASE SHARE TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THIS SCAM

Non esiste un numero da contattare, una donna sta cercando di truffarmi e io non posso fare nulla per bloccare il mio indirizzo. Assurdo.

Mio cognato mi ha inviato dei documenti molto importanti dal Giappone. La busta è partita il 18 giugno 2023 da Tokyo, e sicuramente è arrivata in Italia, solo che da allora non è più tracciabile, probabilmente perché chi doveva prenderla in carico l'avrà persa chissà dove alla dogana. I documenti servivano per la cittadinanza, adesso mi trovo in grave difficoltà. Se le poste italiane non sono in grado di fornire un servizio, che facciano a meno di fare accordi internazionali. Si coprono le spalle a vicenda, facendo girare la gente in labirinti istituzionalizzati.

Ho ricevuto una richiesta di merce da facebook e subito dopo la mail di conferma in cui la ditta mi chiedeva 60 euro di contributo per ritirare la merce di 38 euro!
Ho avvisato la polizia postale

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ABYSMAL SERVICE - if you are game enough to call it that!?!!! Worst Courier Service I have EVER encountered. I don't even want to give it 1 star. What should have taken 5 days at the most for delivery, it has taken an enormous amount of time. Parcel obviously got lost and after many emails to Sender and Aus Post it finally arrived today.
So much for an urgent delivery service!!!!!!

I have a parcel from India to Philadelphia with tracking number EA150538736IN the parcel does not arrive at the destination and even though I can't track the parcel it's showing the status unknown.

Letter from Dominican Republic to UK, guaranteed service for max 2 weeks, costing massive 40USD, arrived after 3 months; the customer service doesnt want to give back the cash, because the letter has arrived in the end...what a joke. What does your extra expensive express premium service offer compared to basic postage? I would never have sent it with EMS if I knew its 3 months.

documents only from philippines to australia tooks 1 months to arrived so slow delivery.

Sono stato coinvolto in questa azienda di trasporti mi hanno truffato tramite una donna che avrebbe acquistato da me quindi mandandomi questa azienda a caricare niente tramite questa donna mi hanno truffato dicendomi di mandare i soldi tramite amzon ecc comunque truffato in pieno. Non so se hanno usato il nome di questa ems o non saprei . I responsabili del servizio che indaghino

I have ordered three packages from seller HanChuan HK. All three were sent via EMS China. All three have now been declared as delivered. None of them arrived. I believe this is an enormous scam, where NOTHING EMS China says they are delivering is ever delivered.

They say they have turned the delivery over to the USPS, but they have no proof of doing so. They say they have cleared customers but they have no legitimate customs documentation to validate that the shipment even passed through US customs. All their documentation is their own claims and absolutely nothing from actual postal services in the US or from customs documents that all shippers must have.

They are a COMPLETE SCAM and so is HanChuan HK

They told me my package had been lost but after making a complaint, they were miraculously able to find it. Customer service are robotic and apathetic. Avoid and pay a higher price for a better service.

This absolutely sucks. I tried to deliver a package from China but it never arrived. The worst part is that the so called human is a robot! It keeps asking me if I am human. It sucks and would not recommend it to anyone or anything.

This company is a rip-off and I believe is in cahoots with another company by the name Areaif.com. I ordered two tires from Areaif.com and they sent me a $3 nylon rain suit. As has happened with many other consumers, it's pretty much a dead end. They will not answer the phone and will respond by email (areaif at outlook.com). Areaif promised to resend the items but EMS claims it got lost in mail. Again Areaif said they would send the items one more time. Now EMS claims that they were not able to deliver because there was no recipient. Like many of the people who have written reviews here, I too have cameras and do not see where they attempted to deliver the items. Now the claim they sent the items back to sender. What a bunch of scammers!!!!!

I am expecting 2 different packages to be delivered by ems. Both show that delivery was attempted twice however my ring camera shows no one from ems attempted to deliver my package. Still waiting for the delivery. Paid extra too to have my package delivered within the 2-3 day period. I'll have to make a mental note to avoid ems in future and advise the sellers that i regularly purchase from to avoid them to.

I’ve been waiting 2 months for a package.They 1st claimed they sent it and it was delivered,however I have security cameras all over my house and ask the postal service and they said they never seen it.The so called company that claims they sent it for a second time is looking like a scam.DON’T TRUST ANY CHINA COMPANY!!!! It will be the last dam time I ever use any company out of China!!!

Absolutely abysmal service, package to Sweden, ready for collection at depot but not allowing receiver to collect. (no drama with customs etc. all good there) EMS will NOT say why there is a problem or offer any assistance other than return to Australia. What is wrong with this company. Big Ban Hammer for this organisation and whole heartedly recommend DO NOT USE!!
