Order things off Facebook through this carrier on Facebook back In November, it's January 2024 and it has said deliver to my city but dnt say where! This is a huge scam. Stay away from chinas things on Facebook and you won't be scammed.

Really bad. I ordered something start of December and was told it would uks take max three weeks because of how busy decmver is. It's January now and still nothing. Been calling and no answer. Be warned

Item was apparently lost. Then 10%. Refund was suggested, totally disappointed, the give you all the excuses under the sun, if you are who you are you should reply, or there could be a person claiming to be you very,concerning. I am going to to put many posts online to stop others getting treated the same, I will look forward to hearing from you?

Very horrible service. I think this company must be made to stop operations. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers and liars.You won’t get your package and all their phone lines are busy all day just so nobody will speak with you.

But... If you have Express then dont use EMS. Its better to spend more Money. Means around double Amount.

I did not know how EMS works and sent 1 Envelope from Cambodia to Switzerland and another one from Cambodia to Australia. with EMS "Express". Cost 35 USD each for a 150g Envelope. BUT.... 1 week later are the envelopes still in Cambodia and they made no move forward.
My Tip. If you have URGENT Deliveries. Dont use EMS from Asia to Europe/US/Australia/Canada

Been 2 months the billed me 2 times there is a bogus phone number & tracking invalid continuously get emails my purchase is incomplete and u have 24 hours to old I even sent there confirmation of shipment and receipt attached to my email that they never respond too I’m on a fixed income so charging me twice for one item not ok and they think emailing submit payment again is gonna happen I have no product and no refund this sucks and robbery a bunch of scammers stealing money for false advertising either refund my money or deliver my product that 3 day fedex is a total lie

Parcel got delivered to where l didn't get it no one will talk to me human that is l refuse to talk to a robot and you want to charge me for the privilege your service is sxxx l want my chicken coop

Ordered a few books on the 8th of September 2023 for 5-7day delivery and followed the tracker darting around China then when it got to the Saron notice of "delivered" I went to look for it not there, they then claim it was with the post office, I checked their tracker no such parcel. Carriers tend to deliver to your door will wait a few days but won't hold my breath

They are incompetent scammers with no morality or integrity..They rank at the top of nonsensical rubbish..I paid for my package to be delivered express mail..These preposterous buffons have not shipped it out of yet..They should all be finded 500,000 naira and take thier leave permently ...The goverment should step in and shut them down..I have been waiting three months,,The US post office is advising everyone not to conduct bussiness with these scammers

Rubbish company, Neil has no customer service training. No care in the world, sell people rubbish cookers that are not even compliant for properties. Only the council uses them because they are just a waste!

I was selling bags on Marketplace on Facebook and was contacted by a woman saying she wanted them she said she couldn't collect them but would send a courier which didn't turn up on reading reviews I had a lucky escape.

I have 2 packages marked as delivered and it was not delivered. There is not contacting information to speak with someone. I have cameras around my house and the was no indication that anyone was at my house during the time they noted delivery. They are not reliable and very dishonest.

Avoid at all cost its all a fake scam so they can get your money. their customer service is a joke will not take fault. my parcel shows delivered even before the time and date shown and i have not received anything! SCAM ON RED ALERT any website associated with this company is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM
