Encoreluxe レビュー

Don’t like giving too many mediocre reviews but dealing with Ashley was extremely pleasant. But we got all the way to me sending over personal documents such as bank details, passport and drivers license only for him to pull out of a deal. My advice is don’t send any personal details until he sends contract of sale. I ended my eBay listing as well to deal with him. Pretty poor and ungentlemanly in my opinion. REMEMBER - no personal documentation until a sale contract is sent and agreed.

Great service, quick to quote, easy to send and quick payment once checked over & approved no complaints at all from these guys 😊

Great, professional service and kept me updated through the process. Very quick.
Thank you.

Great service would use again

Excellent service from start to finish. The valuation was prompt, communication was great, and the whole process of selling my ring was straightforward and hassle-free. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell jewellery.

Very helpful. I posted the article to them yesterday and received bank transfer today

Highly professional, friendly and great service. They are also extremely understanding and patient with whatever queries you have on what you wish to sell or buy. I will definitely be using again to sell my designer items & jewellery, I highly recommend.

Sold luxury goods, was a very smooth quick and reliable process, highly recommend

Dealing with encore has been an absolute pleasure, a special mention to Ashley who was wonderful to deal with.
Helpful, honest, personable & knowledgeable of the item I was selling.
The process was so quick & easy & payment received immediately.
I cannot recommend this company enough

Amazing service.

Great experience fast payment gave a quote and stuck to it wouldn’t hesitate to use this service again

Encoreluxe (Ashley) was incredibly efficient, with immediate responses. They gave me a very fair price for my bag, and paid promptly. I would certainly recommend them if you are selling your designer goods, and will definitely use them again.

Great, trustworthy company. Very quick at communicating and coming back to you. When selling to them, everything was completed expeditiously and payment was received as discussed.

I got my item priced from a few different places and this was by far the best price I was offered.

They were there to help with any questions I had and helped with everything. Perfect communication from start to finish and money in my account the same day my item arrived to them.

I recently sold my items to Encore Luxe. As I'd never used a service like this before, I was initially a little nervous about sending my jewellery away.
Ashley was helpful throughout the process and confirmed when my items had arrived safely. There was a little wait for the payment, which made me a bit anxious, but the money arrived in my bank account as agreed.
I received the full amount, including postage, and I'm pleased with the outcome. Thank you to Ashley and the Encore Luxe team for completing the transaction.

I recently sold three bags and was very impressed with the whole process. Ashley was always prompt to reply and answer any queries I had. Once the bags had been received and checked, I received my money within the hour. Thank you!

Ashley was amazing from start to finish. He made the process so simple and had great communication throughout. Thankyou for all your help! Highly recommend for any of your bag sales or purchases

I sold a high end watch, I emailed on Saturday Ashley got to me with in an hour he was polite, clear and concise with what he needed in order to give me a quote...pics, history of the watch ect. That was nice an easy with in 24 hrs had a quote that was a good solid offer and they stuck to it. I dont live far so made arrangments to me in store was really friendly! Money was in my bank with in 30 mins. They also offer an insured postage service if you dont live close or prefer that

Excellent communication and prompt payment. 5* service.

Great experience - sold two bags and both offers were very reasonable and fair against current market, process was very efficient bags sent Monday and payment received Wednesday. Was kept up to date with bags from the minute they left me, to when they arrived and were authenticated. That is so important when selling high value items, would 100% use again ! Thank you
