Excellent gym for studio classes
I’ve been a member for almost 3 years now. The gym itself has all the machines I need plus a good free weights area. The best part of this gym though is the studio classes. I find all the instructors brilliant and I like the way the classes are slightly different with each one while the quality is always very high. Great gym and excellent value.

Good Gym
I have enjoyed using the gym I have to say that first of all and the instructors are enthusiastic. However the bench press machine always seems to be in use long term whenever I visit at all times of the day and with arthritis it's one of the few stations I could use. The men's changing room is like one of the ones you used to get in school. Still for the money and convenience membership is still good value.

Love the staff and location, but...
Love the staff and location by my perspective
I am with my misses some of the first members of the club.
I am afraid I have to say the gym is extremely overcrowded, with no member cap limit, not enough machines to face people's demand, so you can barely find anything to work out in the evening.
Machines need update, many are already exhausted and worn.
Sorry but I hope honest review would be appreciated.
I leave 5 stars for the amazing guys working in the gym, but only 2 for the facility.

Great staff and facilities overall but changing facilities and toilets could be cleaner, however this is a minor issue.

Love the classes especially Jungle Body…
Love the classes especially Jungle Body Dance s/o Arianne. There is also plenty of machines to work with. Opening time’s are also great for convenience.

Friendly staff, good equipment, but crowded in peak hours
Good available equipment, friendly staff, however I find the gym very busy in peak hours (after 5pm) which makes using the free weights difficult and often requires waiting.
The gym opens at 6:30am in the week, however it would be really beneficial to me if it opened earlier at 6am, even just for a couple days. Earlier opening hours would make it less crowded in the morning and great for people who go to work earlier than most.

Regarding Brentford branch
Regarding Brentford branch, we have a very friendly staff here, small but very clean and very well organised gym with parking facility. These are the plus points.
On the negative side, we are lacking some machines to train for abs and calfs, during the rush hours this place is fully saturated and you can’t workout as desired as all machines are occupied, you often find some people standing naked in changing area which is very offensive to people of Muslim faith, many lockers need servicing. If management pays attention to these areas then definitely it will improve its image.
