Ordered a couple of England football shirts separately, all a bit last minute. Both were delivered quickly and were exactly as expected. Great experience. Would use again.

I have tried to call multiple times and…
I have tried to call multiple times and sent multiple online messages. My order was personalised and cannot be returned but the football kit is faulty. The numbers and lettering are peeling off. I would like to get a full refund including postage but it’s impossible to get hold of anyone. Call centre is always closed and I have filled out 3 online forms which I was guaranteed on the live chat I would get a response within 24 hours but still nothing. Considering the World Cup kit is expensive you’d expect a response if an item is faulty.

Personalisation let you down
Ordering and delivery was good and just in time for Workd Cup. However personalisation letters and numbers were not attached properly, most corners were not secure and sticking up. Ironed them ourselves to avoid further delay sending back etc.

Items never delivered and impossible to get in contact with you. Phone number says 24hr a day but voicemail states closed and no email to contact. With timezones taken over a week and still no progress

Easy to order
Easy to order, arrived within the timescale stated. Would have liked free delivery when spending over £100.

Good product
Good product, high quality kit and easy checkout experience.
The major issue was the shipping, FA store took 2 days to confirm my delivery as having left their warehouses despite a promise of it arriving for the next match.
They need a better choice of courier too, Royal Mail is unreliable and did mot deliver my package until 2 days after it was promised.
