Ordered a couple of England football shirts separately, all a bit last minute. Both were delivered quickly and were exactly as expected. Great experience. Would use again.

I ordered 4 T shirts 2 of which are perfect , one of the designs is a lot different to what I thought I ordered, but the grey one looks like it’s years old and looks really shoddy. Not happy!

The shirt was larger than as per the measurement guide, so emailed customer services twice to arrange to send it back and get another size, but did not get a response.

awful service brought two shirts one the name was falling off all i get told is the return service is down no new shirt no money back one child no shirt to wear for the England games utter rubbish customer service

I have tried to call multiple times and


I have tried to call multiple times and sent multiple online messages. My order was personalised and cannot be returned but the football kit is faulty. The numbers and lettering are peeling off. I would like to get a full refund including postage but it’s impossible to get hold of anyone. Call centre is always closed and I have filled out 3 online forms which I was guaranteed on the live chat I would get a response within 24 hours but still nothing. Considering the World Cup kit is expensive you’d expect a response if an item is faulty.
