Ordered England top, came with pen/makrs over it. Hard to find anything to contact them and when I did I emailed them but no reply!

2yr old granddaughter
Bought this England kit for my 2yr old granddaughter to watch the World Cup fits really well and loves it……..would buy again.

Faulty, wrong sizing, discolouration
Purchased 9 T-shirts from 4 different designs T-shirts and all of them poor quality.
Sizing faulty and wrong by many sizes ordered 2xl and hat size on table and tag but it was clearly a size M/L because I had other T-shirts from the store of the same size that fit as expected!
Colours different from pictures given on website and printing and T-shirt material quality.
Ordered entire family a set of one shirt and the neck collar were almost double size to fit a sumo wrestler (no joke) and also the T-shirt arm sleeves can all the way down everyone’s elbows and poor cut fit. Only thing good about them was on this particular T-shirt the printing was good quality 3/D like but the sizing of the wording and badge looked very cheap and unprofessionally positioned and wasn’t artistically smart by no careful proportions of where to put the logo and words.
Definitely don’t think the price was worth the quality.
Only one T-shirt can as expected from the 4 different ones an it fit tidily as expected and looked good quality smart and nice logo 3/D effect. It was a shame as I wanted this particular top for myself but didn’t have my size so got a couple for family gifts instead!
Don’t think will be buying from England store again not sure now due to quality hit and miss!

Customer Service is bad
Customer Service is bad, it took me over half an hour to get through to someone and then they didn't provide me a sufficient response. Sizing is small in the women's department! First time ordering from them and will be the last too!

Purchased x2 England tops - never arrived
Advised 3 working days via the south African live chat
Waited 3 days - then told to wait 72 hours further for an 'investigation' - What were they doing in the first 3 working days?
Nothing has arrived, asked for a refund multiple times as it is literally just ignored.
Complete waste of time of customer service as they are not interest and send copy and paste responses.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Writing printed to large on my sons football shirt. Custmer servse is rubbished. Just passed me onto email another company for a refund. Who ive heard nothing from about getting a refund. Poor quailty and service. Wont shop or recommend again.
