Customer Service is bad, it took me over half an hour to get through to someone and then they didn't provide me a sufficient response. Sizing is small in the women's department! First time ordering from them and will be the last too!

Advised 3 working days via the south African live chat

Waited 3 days - then told to wait 72 hours further for an 'investigation' - What were they doing in the first 3 working days?
Nothing has arrived, asked for a refund multiple times as it is literally just ignored.

Complete waste of time of customer service as they are not interest and send copy and paste responses.

Writing printed to large on my sons football shirt. Custmer servse is rubbished. Just passed me onto email another company for a refund. Who ive heard nothing from about getting a refund. Poor quailty and service. Wont shop or recommend again.

I bought as a gift for my wife. We paid for speedy delivery and two days later received an email to say the item had been delivered. We then rushed home and searched everywhere high and low and couldn’t find the item.
We then looked at our CCTV and realised the item hadn’t actually been delivered at all. I then spent approximately two hours trying to get through to the alleged 24 hour service of the chat, only to be completely ghosted with no communication to a chat person at all even on a different device.
I then tried to phone the call centre which was again 24 hours and after half an hour decided to give up.
As the last resort, I sent an email to the customer services team and once again no response.
Presuming my item had disappeared along with my money, surprisingly it did arrive another two days later.
To summarise the communication service is disgusting and the delivery is completely potluck.
Thank you for the three hours of wasted time!
I suggest ordering from somewhere else.
Update: replacement received.

The shirt is the wrong size, so I have tried to return it.

The website pushes you to a return portal, which refuses/ rejects the return, with no reason why.

I then get to message with a chatbot which doesn’t understand and respond, with the correct answers. The chatbot eventually advises you will get a ‘live’ person to discuss this with. After 30 minutes of waiting I gave up.

I then messaged customer service who advise they will reply within 24 hours. That was 2 days ago.

England store reached out to me because of this review and claim that an England shirt with Bellingham's number and name is a customised shirt and cannot accept a return.
I would have understood if I had put my child's name on the shirt, but Bellingham, Kane, Rice, Henderson are all readily available at the FA store.

£79 for a shirt that's not a good fit for a standard size child and a claim of customisation only enhances this 1 star review.

They have offered me a token gesture reimbursement of my shipping costs, but still hide behind the ‘customised shirt cannot be returned’ line. All product in brand new condition with labels on in immaculate condition is covered by a consumers right to return. Except apparently at the FA. This was a big part of my son’s 10th birthday present. I was not looking for a refund but a replacement. Each response I receive from the FA store just reaffirms my 1 star review.
As an FA qualified coach it is sad to see this representation of the FA during a World Cup.

England Store contacted me on email to confirm that they’d lost my package to offer options. I confirmed I wanted a refund and haven’t heard back. When I chased the same email address for a response, it was no longer working. I’ll be asking my bank to reclaim the funds for me.

I paid for next day delivery last Thursday. My order still hasn’t arrived. It was a gift for Father’s Day which was last Sunday. I’ve emailed and contacted them via their official form and heard nothing back. Concerned this website is a scam.

Fantastic service received item with zero issues.

The online site is easy to use and clearly marked.
The items were delivered in less than a week. They are very well made.
I would definitely recommend this site to family and friends.
