We’re sorry to hear about the additional UPS charges for delivery to Germany. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs fees and import charges for international orders, as these are set by local authorities and couriers

Having sensitivity, especially after previously whitening without issue, must be very distressing and we completely understand why this has caused concern for you

Whilst some sensitivity can occur during any whitening treatment, the level of pain you have described is clearly significant and should be assessed by your dentist before any further use. As they prescribed the kit and treatment planned your case, they are best placed to examine your teeth, assess whether there may be any underlying causes of heightened sensitivity, and advise on the most appropriate next steps

You mentioned that you have used whitening products before without any problems. Sensitivity can vary between treatments and from patient to patient depending on factors such as enamel condition, existing sensitivity, application routine or other underlying dental factors. This is why a clinical assessment is so very important in situations like these

Experiences of sensitivity can understandably feel alarming, but they don't necessarily indicate a product fault. Your dentist’s clinical findings will help determine what may have contributed in your particular case and we are absolutely happy to assist them, and you, in any way we possibly can

As UK regulations don't allow us to discuss treatments directly with patients, your dentist remains the most appropriate person for monitoring your progress and providing appropriate clinical guidance. Though, we genuinely do want to help and will do everything we can from our side to support your dentist in reviewing this properly for you

If you are happy for us to do so, please ask your dentist to contact us directly, or provide written consent for us to reach out to them regarding your case. If you are happy for us to reach out on your behalf, please send us an email at info@enlightensmiles.com with your consent, as well as your Provider's information.

Our subscription service is designed to make things easy and consistent, you’re set up to receive 3 toothpastes every 3 months, and the order is processed automatically at the end of each cycle. A confirmation is then sent once the order has been placed!

We completely understand wanting more control ahead of this, and your subscription has now been cancelled, with confirmation sent to you yesterday. If you’d ever like to restart it with different timing or need help managing future deliveries, our team is always more than happy to assist!
