Immediate positive customer service
So expensive socks in a damaged presentation box arrived. I contacted customer service immediately and received a reply almost the second I sent it. I have to say that though I was disappointed by the damage ( the box was part of the designer ethos) I was not disappointed by the eagerness of the company to make amends which they did to my satisfaction. Customer service was excellent and immediate something that is rarer than it should be these days. There was a real personal touch here and it was appreciated. Well done 😊

Hi Darren, thanks for the great review! I can see you've had a few orders with us so I'm glad to hear you're happy with our products plus our speedy delivery time. I'm a bit confused by the 1-star review though so please let us know if you had any issues with your orders or have any more feedback - we'd be happy to hear it!
Haha thank you for the update Darren, and I'm glad to hear you had no complaints! I wouldn't say fat fingers, it's the small buttons right?! ;)
Thanks,

5 star customer service and quality products
I've now had the pleasure of shopping and dealing with EQVVS on two separate occasions. One order was a size mistake from one of their suppliers (not their fault), this was quickly dealt with and a refund with an additional discount. The other one was an order mistake from myself, again they were excellent with their communication and dealt with this by offering free P&P. I can't fault their customer service and the quality of their clothing. Big shout out to Dominic, who I have dealt with on both occasions, he's an asset to the company with 5 star customer service and communication.

Great!
I ordered a jumper from here but after doing it I realised I ordered the wrong size! I sent them an email around 10 mins after ordering and they responded really quickly and changed the size in my order which was so helpful. The item was then delivered really fast and I got a discount because it was my first order!

I incorrectly placed an order for collection in store. After contacting EQVVS, they immediately cancelled the order.
I then reordered and my clothing was with me in 2 days.
An excellent service that I will use again.

Great support.
Had an issue (nothing to do with Eqvvs, discount code from a third party to use with them) and spoke to Dominic on the Live Chat who went above and beyond to help me get sorted. Free Next Day Delivery on top of the great support, will definitely be shopping again as they have a great range of stock and prices. JP

Have visited the store a couple of times in my recent visits to Lincoln but decided to purchase a Belstaff top online from EQVVS. An easy decision to make with online help fast and courteous.
I have always found the shop staff to be pleasant and friendly without hassling you all the time to make a purchase.
The shop in Lincoln has a huge range of of top quality clothing and their website is easy to use too. So, either in store or online EXVVS is a great one-stop shop.
Excellent.
