Very pleased with the chair. It really does feel like it has been made to suit me personally with a range of different adjustments that makes it comfortable. Good lumbar support.
The packaging in which the chair came was very badly damaged (TNT) which is why the rating is 4 star. The chair itself was undamaged

• Poor communication throughout
• Wrong chair colour (generic mid blue instead of the deep, dark 'maturity' blue I requested)
• Delivery time not clear at time of purchase, I had to email to ask what this would be
• Estimated delivery time not met (nearly a week after estimated delivery date). I had to chase them after the estimated delivery time had been missed
• Was told many times I would receive a delivery notification. I never got 1, the chair just arrived up unannounced via Fedex delivery
• Oddly the assembly instructions are on a piece of paper that tell you to scan a QR code to get the instructions, when the instructions could quite easily have been printed on said paper

Good points:
• Chair is easy to assemble
• Chair is very comfortable

Very good customer service. And the chair is exceeded my expectation. Would buy again.

Love my chair!

I started my new business in May this year and the first ting I did was speak to Karen to get myself a new, comfy chair! I know I've taken my time to write this review - firstly because everything has been crazy busy since I got it but also because I got the chair as I wanted something that would last and my new purple ergonomic chair has been through a lot already. I've spent hours in it working and typing away, it's helped my posture and it still looks fab!

I was looking for an ergonomic chair that supports my back while working long hours at my desk. When I come across this company’s website I just fell in love with the option of personalising my chair and get all that support I wanted.

On top of that, the customer service is fabolous and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my overall experience.

I have been using this chair for a few months now and I have to say that it is just awesome. I definitely recommend it.

Nothing but praise for this companies service and the chair I have received. I bought an expensive chair last year from another company and had nothing but problems with it so in the end knew i had to change it as I had ended up with 2 prolapsed discs in my neck as it was making my posture that bad. I approached ergonomic chairs for advice and let them know the problems I have, they advised me of which chair and add on's would be right for myself. The chair arrived a week after I had 2 discs removed in my cervical spine so I have only been trying the chair out for 3 weeks in small stints but I can feel my posture and the way I sit at my desk has totally changed now and feels right. My seat slides and tilts to the right angle to what I need and the back adjusts so I have set it to force me forward which really helps. Thank you so much for your help.

I have two chairs from here now, one for home and one for work, and they have been a god send! I have struggled with back pain for a long time from an old injury whilst sitting for long periods of time, but now I can sit in comfort all day long! That coupled with the absolutely fantastic customer service I received from Karen has just made the whole experience fantastic. I know the chairs are not the cheapest, but I can assure you they are well worth it!!

I have been using the chair for 2 months, working long hours, and I find myself very comfortable throughout all day.
They do things really well. They really care about their customers, have a very quick response time and they care for every detail when finding what's best for the client.
The quality of the chair is amazing and looks really good too (I chose the fabric colour).

Needed a new chair because I work long days and was getting uncomfortable. I had searched many websites before finding Ergonomic Chaires Direct. The website offers a service where you can input details about yourself and be matched to the right chair, a process that made me ask some good questions, but in the end I went for an Ergonomic Neon Mesh chair because it looked so good!

Chairs are made to order so you can make lots of changes and the customer service is first-rate and personable. The chair was competitively priced and is so comfortable I am happily sitting on it now writing this after nine hours working at my desk.

MY CHAIR IS AMAZING!

I ordered a custom made chair to suit my height, I also added in so many extras, i got the full "shabang". I also wasn't sure what colour I wanted to go for so Karen who works for Ergonomic Chairs was just incredible sending me a atleast 15 different colour books filled with several options and even mocked up some designs and continuously shared them back with me to ensure I liked what I was getting. Once I placed my order, FedEx were taking a while to deliver and Karen so kindly every morning for about a week was chasing Fed Ex and kept in contact with me. It was honestly the best customer service ever recieved and my chair is bloody beautiful and so comfy! 100% RECOMMEND!
