This is the most comfortable and sturdy well built chair we have ever owned. If like me you spend 200-300 with big names such as John Lewis, you really need to stop and instead invest the same amount with Ergonomic Chairs. Your health is worth it.

The online ordering process was straight forward, and included useful videos of how and where to measure so that you get the correct size to fit your body. There are also multiple options that ensure that you can customise your choice specifically to yourself.

Considering the current Covid and lockdown situation, we have received our chair in excellent time, and the advice we were given to our queries was great and honest.

I am a recent owner of one of these excellent chairs and I couldn't have received better service. I was guided through the selection process to make sure that the chair was perfect for my long legs and bad back. Every effort was made to make sure I got the colour I wanted from their comprehensive range. The chair is sturdy and well made, and can be adjusted in all directions, with the added advantage of being very simple to assemble.

Having just bought my first office chair on line from a different company-After 2 days this it is now nestled in my grandson's bedroom. I could not make it fit. I could feel every bump in the seat.

I spoke to a friendly sales person who discussed my problem {3 bulging discs} , she guided me through the full gamut of adjustments available and left me to fill the order at home. Post order she rang back to let me know that I had left off an adjustable lumbar support. 2 weeks later I am sat on a well made comfortable chair with first class service included

Fabulous!! Really good customer service and my new chair, Ergo Custom Petite is perfect. I used the Chair Builder and it gave me 3 options to choose from which was really helpful. I was worried about buying the wrong chair and it took all the stress away and made me confident I was buying the right chair for my condition. Really happy with the service and product.
