A very fast and efficient service. Great communication throughout and helped me buy my first home in London within 4 months.
This service was all online and hassle free.

My partner and I were a little hesitant to use an online agent having friends who have had some negative experiences in the past, but we were keen to save money.

We found Esale listed on the Home Buyers Alliance so gave them a call and spoke to David who was very pleasant and very personable (which was refreshing).

One thing that appealed to us is that Esale have a very small team so you never feel like you’re being passed around various departments or speaking with people who don’t know what they’re taking about. They’re always extremely helpful on the phone and we were also hugely impressed with their negotiating skills having managed to achieve a good price for our property.

Essentially, we felt like we were using a local agent but just not in person and have managed to save a lot of money on doing so - we opted for the ‘pay upfront’ option as it came with a money back guarantee which fortunately we did not need to use but wanted to protect ourselves.

For these reasons we would highly recommend this independent online agent ahead of some of the larger companies.

Our only very tiny comment would be that we had 1 or two viewings who cancelled or didn’t turn up but that wasn’t Esales fault - just part of the parcel.
We always received viewing confirmations and felt assured that those who did view were fully vetted.

Craig, Jess and David were all very pleasant and I can't fault their attitude. However, I wasn't particularly impressed with the overall service.

We had our property listed for over a month with only one viewing in a very buoyant market. There were other viewings booked in that didn't show up, which of course isn't eSale's fault, but frustrating nonetheless.

One curious thing is that eSale wouldn't allow us to list our property as a three-bed because the master bedroom didn't meet certain regulations. Once we moved on to a new agent they assured us we could (and we did) list the property as a three-bed so long as we made reference to its status in the description.

As a result, once we switched agents we had over 14 viewings within a week and actually achieved a higher price than we'd listed the property with, with eSale.

I was especially disappointed in the outcome since I'd used an online agent before and sold a flat very quickly. But I was shocked at how much more buzz the traditional agents got for us and how much more strategic their approach seemed to be.

I have to say I wasn't blown away with the quality of the photos eSale's photographer took either. The second listing with our new agents were a significant upgrade.

As mentioned earlier, I can't fault the communication or enthusiasm of the eSale team. They were a pleasure to deal with. But on this occasion, it didn't work for us.

Craig, Dave and Jessica were absolute stars and spent so much time supporting me with what quite a protracted sale and purchase. Eventually got there! Cheers all!!

I wish I could give 6 stars!! I was a bit worried that using an online service might mean compromising on service-I was proven very wrong. The team at ESale, David, Jess and Craig all showed incredible customer service and it really came across that they cared about their customers. They were prompt at dealing with matters and gave great advice. They went above and beyond (doing the work that perhaps our solicitor should have perhaps been doing). We would not have got the sale and purchase over the line without them - keep doing what you’re doing ESale! A huge thank you and an incredible price point!

Saved so much money by using online Estate agent, the team was friendly and helpful. The account management part may need a bit of improvement as I didn’t get much update and I spent a lot of times chasing solicitors. Craig and Jessica was always helpful and the solicitor they recommended was excellent and we managed to Complete on time. I would recommend as their fees are very competitive.

Just what I wanted when selling my house, couldn't ask for anything more. The team were very polite, personable and were able to provide swift and concise answers to all my questions. Very thorough! If I ever move house again then I will be using Esale, highly recommended!

We chose esale after seeing a house they marketed on Rightmove.

We felt they were very reasonably priced too - we have moved twice now in the past year and a half and I can honestly say that a high street Estate Agents can't really offer anything more than what an online one would (just an opinion).

Esale are very easy to get hold of, are great with their communication and I would highly recommend them.
Craig, David and Jess were all great, easy to talk to and I thank them for their hard work.

I couldn't quite give them five stars because initially, they made an admin error meaning there were errors on our ad despite us asking if we could have time to proofread it. It was also listed as a penthouse when it was a semi-detached. This was rectified eventually though...

I think time should be taken to go over these things but I am sure Esale have taken this on as a learning point!

Addendum after response:

The admin error were:
- you sent me the completely wrong listing via email, for a house based in Scotland and we are in the midlands (nice house though!)
- we were listed as a penthouse on rightmove when our house is a semi-detached. This meant we probably lost out in the first few days of people searching.

All is end that ends well and the right person/couple got the house we spent so much time doing up and making a home :)

I feel I should write this review about my experience with Esale. I Instructed them to sell my house as I was moving with work. As soon as the advert went live my situation changed and I no longer had to move. I had paid Esale upfront and asked for a refund under their guarantee. They were very understanding and I received my money back promptly. When I do come to sell my house again I will use Esale without hesitation.

I signed up and after a month of no viewings I tested them by booking a viewing of my own property on Rightmove - No Response. I repeated just to check, again no response. They simply weren't processing viewing requests.

I requested a refund and after months of not getting anywhere I sued them in the Small Claims court and won without a challenge. Just waiting for the bailiffs to get my money back now. Don't believe their Money back guarantee it's nonsense.

Their response is a pack of lies. I paid them £420, the court bailiffs will be coming to collect it from them soon. Shows what sort of a company they are that even after they've been sued and lost they continue their behaviour.

When my mother had to move into residential care, we had to sell her park home. I picked eSaleto keep costs down. It took a long time to sell the home, because of the state of the market & then because of covid. Everyone I spoke to at eSale was helpful throughout. In the summer of 2021, their was a flurry of interest, with several offers. Whatever difficulties arose, eSale's agents were always supportive.
I won't hesitate to us them again or to recommend them.

After very careful consideration, I decided to list my property for sale with Esale. I liked the fact that I was dealing with a good company with a small & very efficient team. No matter when I phoned or sent emails to Esale, the guys/girls at Esale always responded promptly, and in a kind & courteous manner.
Everything was carried professionally, on time and in budget. Well done Esale 10/10. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend using Esale to sell your house. They provided good value, at a fraction of the cost of traditional estate agents. David, Jessica and Craig made the whole process very easy for us. We always received good communication from them and we were always able to speak to someone when we needed to. Esale provided accurate floor plans and photos, and we were able to check and agree the advert before it went live. Less than 36 hours after the advert went out we had accepted one of multiple offers. The team also provided excellent after sales service, right up to completion.

Excellent service. Dubious about using an online estate agent after reading bad reviews on some of the providers. Esale however, were extremely helpful, friendly and approachable. After discussing our needs our house was put up for sale at a fraction of the cost of a high street estate agent. Although our house was a challenge to sell, Esale were in constant contact with updates and reviews. They helped us through the whole process of selling our property and always had time to talk as well as returning our calls. Would definitely use again in the future. For several years I’ve used an online estate agent for letting out my houses purely to get them advertised on Rightmove and then I did the rest. I thought using one for selling would be a similar experience, but Esale was amazing, so professional and proactive doing so much more than I was expecting. In fact they were everything one hopes high street estate agents would be but in my experience never were. So much cheaper too! I can’t thank them enough for making this such a smooth experience and even though my buyers rather dragged their feet there was always Craig at the end of the phone to give them a bit of “encouragement”. Jessica was a delight to deal with, she started me off with the photography and placing the advert on Rightmove. Someone at Esale wrote the most brilliant and completely accurate copy about the house, a combination of researching the area and being a real detective at studying the details in the photographs. Lastly thank you David for your calm approach to everything and negotiating a higher offer from my buyer.

Jessica was an absolute star, we had a very difficult situation and needed to resolve exchange very quickly. Jessica chased the vendors solicitor (who often went missing) until she got the result we were asking for.

But here is the thing, we were the buyer, paid no money to Esale, yet they gave us fantastic customer service!
