I've recently sold my house through Esale and would recommend them to anyone (in fact, I have been!) I was a bit wary of using an online estate agent after hearing a few horror stories but my fears were completely unfounded. David and Jessica were professional, helpful, on-hand whenever I needed them, kept me up to date at all times and very on the ball. From what I've heard of other traditional agents, this is not the norm – and I literally saved thousands of pounds compared to using a high-street agent. I chose the more DIY option and did the viewings myself, which worked out really well as I got to meet the potential buyers and could answer any questions they had on the spot. And my house sold for asking price within 10 days! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I started to think about putting my house on the market, I looked into online estate agents first. I looked at which got good reviews then emailed about 10 of them to ask about their services. Every one replied, but only esale sent a personal reply, properly tailored to my initial queries.

I'd never heard of them, but rang for a chat and just loved the feel of them - they're only a small team but you'd never guess that from the service - everything was done extremely quickly and professionally, they were very flexible and open to my needs, and they were always on hand if I needed to ask anything (even if my account manager was out of the office the others all knew my details so were just as quick to help).

They recommended a photographer and a conveyancing solicitor to assist (Knight Richardson) - there was no pressure whatsoever to go with these but you could get a preferential rate if you did, and both of these were also excellent and extremely easy to work with.

My house sale went smoothly from beginning to end, and I really cannot fault esale's service or the support that they provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was sceptical about using any on line estate agent as I had always used a traditional high street one. I thought for the price I could afford to make a mistake. I selected eSale after a lot of research. A little clunky to start with but the attentive staff dealt professionally with my concerns, sold our house in short time and continue to assist us now with the chain etc.
First class service for a third class price, very happy with our choice.

We have used Esale now 3 times. Twice to sell different properties and once to purchase a property. I used this company after having little success with another on line company I decided to pay on completion as last time with the other company my property didn't sell so this time I done it different I spoke with David who was very polite & helpful and decided to go ahead the photographer was booked I was happy with the pictures & I sold to the first person who viewed my property I was kept up to date with everything Jessica was very helpful & polite and so was Craig, They answered all my questions professionally I would definitely use this company again and would 100% recommend them.

We were recommended ESales by a neighbour who had used them and from our first telephone discussion to completion on our sales they were first class. Their inclusive up front option fee was unbelievably great value. From the valuation, first class photographs, uploading onto websites and even inclusion as a feature property in our local paper the ESales team were brilliant. Jess took on the role of negotiator and carried out many viewings on our behalf, she was pleasant, professional and a treat to deal with. Rich, Craig and Dave not forgetting Jess make a great team and we have no hesitation in recommending ESales as your chosen Agent.

After a few moves using High Street estate agents and never being completely satisfied, I decided to take a chance with an online company. I checked out several agents and plumped for EsaleUK because of their very precise terms of business .From start to finish they were most professional and clearly absolutely committed to helping us sell our property at a fair price and as quickly as possible. Communication between all parties involved was prompt, amicable and, most of all, efficient. Also a big bonus was the amount of money we saved, compared with using a local estate agent.
We would certainly use EsaleUK again should the need arise and would unreservedly recommend them.

First time I've used online estate agents to sell a property, I performed quite a lot of due diligence and Esale seemed to be the best out there. A typical High Street estate agent would have charged me £5,200 where as I paid £650 to Esale upfront including some add-ons.

The people ? FAN BLOODY TASTIC, always available, always helpful, I dealt with Jessica but any of the team are simply great, an excellent online experience.

If you are wondering how the keys are handed over ( I'm on the South Coast, Esale are in Harrogate!) Then they suggested I used the Key Nest system, a national network of key lockers, new owners collected from there.

esale UK were absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my house. Contact was easy, everybody was fully aware of the state of play and communication excellent. Descriptions of the property and advertising on the web was very accurate. Cost of the process was extremely competitive and it felt like I was dealing with true professionals. Would recommend.

David and his team were brilliant throughout the sale of my flat. Very proactive, always on the ball, and quick to pick up the phone and talk to all parties when required to get solutions in place. Very highly recommended!

eSale sold my house really quickly, for a great price, taking offers and details from buyers effectively. I paid upfront, yet still they put in the time & effort to listen and help through the process. In the end I withdraw from an onward purchase to postpone moving, still have the option to remarket again if I choose to in the next 8 months. Their staff are genuine caring human beings, and not just out for ruthless sales figures. They are worth every penny!

Why on earth would you use a high street estate agent when esale can do everything at a fraction of the cost. esale are brilliant and did a fantastic job of marketing our £850,000 property, it sold quickly where other agents had failed. We will never use a conventional estate agent ever again and suffer there extortionate costs. Jess, Dave and the team at esale are superb cannot praise them enough we saved over £9000 using esale.

This was such a good service. From the first phone call to the last one today I received nothing but a friendly and efficient service. The phone was always answered promptly and I always had continuity and the agent always recognised my voice. You just don’t get this service anywhere else today! I really rate ESale, would definitely recommend. I had experience with another more we’ll known online estate agents and they were rubbish by comparison.

I sold my house using eSale three weeks ago, the process from beginning to end was very straightforward, within days of appointing them a photographer was sent out, who did a an excellent job of bringing out the 'Wow' factor, in the photos. Between eSale and myself a brilliant description of my house was written and the advert went live less than 48 hours later. Dave, Jessica, Craig and Rich
had been brilliant during the whole process. A member of the team instantly contacted me by phone whenever a viewing request was made; viewings booked were also confirmed by email. If I ever needed to speak to the team they were always just a phone call away, and if busy would always return my call within a timely manner.
Since my sale I have recommended two friends to them, one has already booked with them and the other is in the process of doing so. Prior to booking with eSale I did my research and read all their reviews, the majority of the reviews were praising them so much that I was wondering whether some
them were fake! I took a chance and booked with them; hoping for the best, as I had paid up front!
Well, I can genuinely say that following my experience I now believe that the reviews have been written by genuine customers.

I recently sold a property with esale and would definitely use them again. The process of appointing esale was super quick and simple, from my initial enquiry I received a call the next day to discuss in more detail, but didn't feel under any undue pressure to commit. Happily I did, and everything moved swiftly from there. I was thrilled with the photographs and listing, and got viewings booked in the day after the property went on the market. Communications were excellent every step of the way. I dealt mainly with Craig and Jess, who were brilliant, but all staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly, and quick to respond to enquiries. Arranging viewings was really easy, and I got good information in advance and feedback after. I felt in very capable hands every step of the way, and I know my buyer had a great experience too. The price is amazing value, especially compared to traditional estate agents fees, but does not mean any compromise in quality or service. I have already recommended esale to family and friends and would urge anyone selling to give esale a try. Many thanks for a great experience.

My partner and myself recently sold a property via eSale. The process was well explained on the onset and professionally handled throughout by the team.

There was always someone available when needed and they were always well briefed on where we were in the process and what was required at every stage.

Amazing. I have sold 4 houses over the past 20 years and thought all estate agents are the same....they certainly are not. esale really went the extra mile, in particular Richard who was brilliant at ringing around and finding out what was going on up and down the chain..there were times when other estate agents in the chain actually told one of us "it's the solicitor's job to chase this up, not ours" but nothing was ever too much trouble for Richard. Our stress levels would have been a lot higher if it wasn't for always feeling he was on our side and looking out for us. He was also super helpful in the sales negotiation process, and I am genuinely not sure we would be where we are now if it wasn't for what he did for us that day!

I chose esale at the time because I wanted to look for a low cost online estate agent, and was not absolutely certain that I would sell - other online agents charge the full fee, so I preferred the flexibility this company offered. I have recommended them to friends since, and would use them in future if we ever decide to sell.

Having read their reviews beforehand the Esale team came up to all expectations ... All were pleasant to deal with and well informed of where we were in the sale of our property. We chose to do all the viewings ourselves and this worked well - we were given full details of each viewer beforehand and they quickly followed up after each one.
