Great morning down at CPS Leeds roundhay, David Brookes from ESI alongside Josh from rothenberger made for a great morning with lots of customer Engagement. Will definitely have these two back in the near future!

Fantastic demo at Atlas heating supplies in stretford Manchester. David Brooks was friendly and approachable. The Esi controls are user friendly and great value for money.

After having issues connecting my thermostats I made a quick call into the ESI customer support team and was greeted by the very helpful Emlyn. Emlyn was able to talk me through every stage of the setup completely remotely, and despite some difficulties still seen, remained calm and with plentiful other options to help get things working. Once resolved Emlyn offered further advice and info on how to use the functionalities of the devices. People like Emlyn are what make a great customer service, thank you!

We had a fantastic morning with Dave, he made sure all our customers left with confidence to fit and advice on the ESI range of controls.

Picked up a boiler and esi rfw stat from my suppliers and dave brooks from esi was there to help us with all the latest products. Really helped to understand everything by far the best on the market

Very helpful staff .I gave them a call and spoke to a staff member called Emlyn .He was so patient and knowledgeable about my issue and was able to help me straight away .So pleased with the service .A great big thank you from Sandra .

Changed wifi. Product now doesn’t work properly. Customer service seems to be afraid of a phone call. Emailing back and forth and to try resolve the issues and issue still not solved. Currently waiting on another email back from them. Terrible time management and use of company funds. An issue that I would hope to have fix with a phone call, is an issue that takes hours/days and still not fixed.
It’s now coming into the weekend and no doubt, this will drag on into next week. Unprofessional and company clearly needs to work on more R&D of it’s products to compete with other companies.
If this issue isn’t resolved in the next few days. The Consumer Protection Commissioner will be contacted as this is beyond ridiculous now.

Always use Esi and always been happy with the product.

Dave is very knowledgeable and engaged well with our customers we're really looking forward to having him back at a later date.

Always helpful always supportive. As a merchant, they are always on hand to deal with any queries and always support us as a merchant

David was great this morning in st helens pts , good understanding of the contorls and happy to use esi in future.

Met Dave today who helped me understand the ESI controls which are so easy to install and are user friendly.
He was easy to approach and very helpful.
I will be giving the new ESRTP4 a go on my next Installation and into the future

Meet Joe and Dave in one of their recent trade days at a City plumbing. Both lads where extremely helpful answering my questions about the WiFi connection with the touch stat for an elderly customer that wanted both a large screen and being able to connect with there phone so there family can check there heating is in correctly when they are home alone. There help was remarkable and I will be recommending there products going forward to my customer
