AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST - STILL NO REFUND AFTER 4 MONTHS!!!

Booked 3 tickets on 11/11, thinking I was on Aegean Airlines website (my fault, but website looks so much identical).
Immediately cancelled and am supposed to get reimbursed +800 EUR.
We're on 30/12, still no reimbursement, they pretend the airline has the money.
And guess what, when booking directly through the airline website, it's cheaper.
SCAM COMPANY, ZERO ADDED VALUE.

I have left previous reviews and will continue to do so until ESky return my money ie over £700. They constantly say they are working on my case and have been saying this for 9 months now.
Their lates response to me ( below) on here is not helpful.... nothing is getting done.

A representative called me beginning of January saying the reimbursement was ready to be made.
6 weeks later, still nothing.

THIS COMPANY IS A PURE SCAM!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The site is not working, you are making mistakes on the booking, it's all bullshit

CANCELED FLIGHT - 6 months later and no refund date defined
Flight AR1290 (May 9, 2024, at 10:20) was canceled, and we had to reorganize our return to Europe through other means (reservations canceled the same day: 5790058598 and 2802991137).

After 6 months of requesting the refund, we still have not received anything.

They will tell you they are requesting your refund from the airline, that they are waiting for responses, and other excuses. Unfortunately, the truth is that their customer service is terrible. They respond just to waste your time, fail to proactively follow up on your issue, and leave you hanging until you give up (this is being written 6 months later).

I regret to say that the only solution we have is to NEVER PURCHASE through this website again in the future.

UPDATE (20/11/2024): The airline's customer service says they have already issued the refund to the agency. Additionally, I have friends who bought their tickets directly from the airline, and they have already received their money. Let’s see what excuse Esky comes up with now... :/

It was clearly presented however I suggest you have a prompt advice instructing your customer to answer all questions otherwise the booking cannot be completed.

I made a huge mistake booking with ESKY My flight was with Breeze airlines and the flight was cancelled due to hurricane. I received a email from Breeze where esky was paid back full price of tickets. Yet esky has not contacted me or refunded me. I called and talked to a Turkish sounding man and his headset was broken up. He kept telling me once esky was paid, they would pay me. I have proof they were paid. and I have not.

The consultant was very pleasant and resolved my issue very quickly. While the problem may not have been particularly severe, it caused me significant concern and fear. The consultant listened to me, provided support, and reassured me.

Easy way to find flights and booking to wanted destinations!

I would like to share my experience with booking a flight ticket through. After completing the booking process and receiving confirmation, I did not receive the ticket details in PDF format as expected. I have checked my email, including the spam/junk folder, but I cannot find it.

It was easy booking. But I did not receive my confirmation or itinerary.

Totally rubbish company with idiotic service. They refused to reschedule a flight (Booking 5834781066) for no valid reason. The air company itself (Turkish Airlines) allows to reschedule the same flight without any issue, if tickets were purchased from them directly. In my case it was booked via eSKY, hence airlines directed me back to eSKY, who is apparenly helpless.

I booked/paid with eSky.eu but the booking was never completed with the airline and I am uncertain on the process of receiving the refund.
