Kade was so very helpful and everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally.
When he said that something would be emailed to me, it was.
He understood the urgency for our new truck delivery and did his level best to ensure that he managed it.
Excellent Service

Took car to be serviced and Mot today. Total shambles in customer service and communication. They decided to do a health check at the end of the service and fail Mot. Not bothering to inform of what needed to be done during the day or to resolve the issue. Then telling me it’s fine and can be collected what a waste of time. Car now in again to have work carried out next day.
Essex Ford said it fell through the net. Would I buy again or service with these guys definitely not.

Well what can I say, I've had a couple of cars from EAG. I wanted to change my current vehicle which came from EAG so I called them requesting a price... no call back even though they found my details on there system when I called. Called again for a second time, no one available but was told I would get a call back with a price for what I was looking for... no call back came. Called for a third time, but this time I tried a different branch... same problem I gave the information on what I wanted, but no call back, no price offered. Who knows maybe sales are good and they don't need more work. Curtesy to customers...... missing.

We meet with Kade for a test drive of the Raptor, 3/4 weeks later we are driving away in a brand new one ! Very happy and would recommend Kade he was very easy to deal with, none of the pressure some car dealer put on you .

Recently bought a transit connect limited from fords rayleigh, i met kade first of all and he helped me find the perfect for me and my trade.
Although a small issue arose on the collection day, it was easily rectified and sorted for next convenient day collection from myself.
Kade was great to deal with and easy to talk to.

I’ve just purchased a Ford Kuga from the dealers at Kent Elms and could not have had a better experience. Joe Stone-Davis who sold me the car was super friendly and extremely professional. I drove the car to the Yorkshire Dales and the car was a joy to drive. I will certainly be going back to Fords at Kent Elms when the time comes to replace my Kuga. Thanks again Joe.

I have just purchased a Ranger from the Rayleigh branch. The service from start to finish was exceptional from Kade Rendall. He made the entire process of purchasing the truck very easy and kept me informed all the way through. I popped into the transit centre on the Thursday to enquire about the ranger and buy Tuesday I was driving home in it. Great service and a great vehicle. Very happy customer.

I purchased a brand new Ford Transit at Rayleigh Ford, in which I dealt with a sales member called Kade. Kade was very polite and friendly making the purchase very smooth and straight forward. Kade went above and beyond with helping me acquire my perfect van in which I was driving within a week of first seeing it. I would definitely recommend Rayleigh Ford and Kade and would not hesitate to go back there for any future business.

I picked up my approved used Ford Transit Custom this afternoon and was very pleased with the service and presentation of the vehicle.
From my initial enquiry the whole process was handled by Dominik Dzierzak who I found to be extremely helpful at all times. All the points I discussed with Dom after first viewing the van were addressed by the time I collected the van today.

I began looking for a van whilst I was looking to return home to England and I called the Rayleigh branch and this is where I met Dominik Dzierzak. My experience was 10 out of 10, Dom couldn’t be be any more helpful with helping me sort out a vehicle that suited me best. He went the extra mile to find me a good range of vehicles. Dom explained and broke everything down in a clear manner. Which made my experience very easy and enjoyable.

Had my Optima serviced at Kent Elms - very friendly staff and all done very quickly. Service undertaken very professionally with all required checks ticked off on a list. Check ins before and after the service took place over the phone, to ensure that you know how the service operates (contactless key drop) with a satisfaction call afterwards.

The only gripe I had (very minor) was that a pollen filter was offered at over £50. The replacement is included with the Halfords major service, but not the Kia major service which I paid almost double for.

I have previously and will next replace the pollen filter myself for less than £8 and within 3 minutes - £43 labour doesn't really make sense!

The service I received from Dom at Rayleigh when I bought my van was excellent, he was extremely helpful and polite, his communication was brilliant never had to chase him for information. He was a pleasure to deal with, if you're looking for a van he is the man to go to.

Turned up to my service only to be told my appointment had been moved to another day without anyone informing me. I was told I could leave it there all day and they might get around to it or I could return on the other date.
I returned on the second date. Walked in to groups of staff chatting and not knowing who I was to interrupt to get my car booked in. Someone then came out of an office and booked my car in which was supposed to be 10am-12pm.
1110am and my car was still sitting in the carpark so I interrupted a group of 3 staff having a chat on the desk to ask why my car wasn't being serviced yet and that I had to go to work at 1PM. Finally my car was taken in just before 1130 and I hope I am not going to be late for work and they service my car properly
