the staff are an absolute joy
the staff are an absolute joy, polite helpful and really nice. The Wifi was an absolute disaster in the bedrooms... it didn't work, but was good in reception. The hotel was nice but is in need of an upgrade...... but then again it was reasonably priced.. so that is just an observation. Tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms would have been good too. I forgot to say... spotlessly clean

Har booket igennem eurobooking. De var hurtige til at sende en mail med detaljer og trække pengene fra min konto, Efterfølgende kan jeg ikke komme i kontakt med dem. Har sendt mails, ingen respons efter 1½ uge. De numre de oplyser på deres hjemmeside eksistere ikke mere. Skal afsted om en uge og bliver nu i tvivl om jeg har et hotelværelse. Hotellet svare heller ikke.

Selected 2 rooms but only one got booked
I tried to book 2 rooms for a Hotel in Goa, India. Till final page it was showing 2 rooms. Also booking confirmation page showed 2 rooms booked but when I received mail, I came to know that only one room got booked. I do not know how? I emailed to customer support, they also replied that only one room is booked.
