EG GARAGE IN FRODSHAM Cheshire is met friends on our way to Oulton Park and my friend was getting fuel in pulled in the other side and turned around facing out..I got out and was speaking to my friend and an attendant came to me and said my car was blocking the customer car park..I said there's no cars there only me she said well if someone wants to pull in they cant..I said there's 8 parking places and only me there...she went on and I said as I first told her I'm going now my friend tried talking to her and she wasn't interested the guy on the next pump actually said to me whats her problem..anyway as we were leaving she again come over and as we were leaving my friend called her a Karen she pulled 2 fingers up to us as we left...she definitely shouldn't be working there !!!! Few days later I went to my local EG and it flagged up on the system as I hadn't paid or similar and the guy asked me to come in as i needed to pay first..The guy told me and showed me the screen and my registrationwas flashing Red !!!!! I said strange I have only used that station and had no problems...I have the realised this KAREN !!! had put my car on the system !!!! She most definitely is not a nice person and I would like someone to look into her behaviour that day and why she put my car on the ALERT for Non payment etc as I wasn't even putting fuel in at her garage where this happened.
I would like her reprimanded for this disgraceful behaviour..thank you
PS I have sent 2 separate email messages to EG Customer Service and received no reply...

I have used this petrol station for 50 years without issue until today, I have a fleet if 10 vehicles and spend hundreds of pounds per week on fuel. Today I was told would have to pay for my fuel before obtaining it, as u did not know how fuel it would take I could not do this. He made me feel like untrusted and a thief.
It was 6.30 in tbe evening light and bright and I was wearing a t shirt and shorts very easily identified.
Never going again

Went to an eg fuelbstation was refused

Said van is black listed due to £20 owed on fuel ive only just bought the van and its a proper pain in ass...

Ive phoned eg no response...

Went to Asda jetwash and found not working for the last week I then went to bp jetwash no soap and brush had no bristles to wash my car. Both of these are managed by air Serv (EG group) badly maintained companies never again

Filthy toilets at Mannekensvere service station. Broken toilet seat. No toilet flush. Staff said they are not responsible and that there is no manager. No information about how to rate or complain. Had to pay to use the toilet despite the condition.

Awful company. Reading the reviews on this site I am not in the slightest surprised. I have experienced how they treat their staff and when they treat their staff appallingly, bad customer service results and this is what you are seeing. A company run by accountants and all they care about is profits, avoid at all costs.

Absolute sh*t hole. Rubbish strewn everywhere inside and out. Toilets out of order. Have some respect for the environment. Absolutely disgusting.

This group in the Monmouth area has been profiteering from the oil price rise. Locals know to avoid them. Their prices went up as soon as the conflict in Iran happened, greedy owners. Before they had a new delivery at the increased price. Avoid!!

I received a parking charge notice at the Aughton site for exceeding the 90-minute maximum stay while my vehicle was plugged in and actively charging. I had assumed the limit wouldn’t apply in these circumstances, particularly as it isn’t possible to fully charge most electric vehicles within 90-minutes.

Luckily, the staff on site were very helpful and were able to get the fine cancelled, acknowledging that it wasn’t fair. However, their head office have since informed me that the 90-minute limit does still apply to EV charging, as the chargers are intended only for short top-ups, not full battery replenishment.

This isn’t made clear on-site, which means customers who are simply trying to charge their vehicles can be penalised for doing so.

Eg Ulladulla people don't ever go there before Christmas I got bad fuel witch has stuffed my 2006 Holden Commodore witch was in perfect condition nothing wrong with it I took the car to the mechanic to get it fixed he did a report saying it was bad fuel from Ulladulla eg I contacted the company 4 times witch all I got back was 2 email they took no blame the today 20th of January I got a phone call after I asked them to ring me when it happened but nothing they r still taking no blame for the problem and they are not paying for my damages to my car very rude company and the manager doesn't car what happens to your car so I would not go to Ulladulla eg if U want your car working

went in to get something from greggs huyton in eg shop today and been here a few times now thestaff on greggs are chatting and no cooking happening. there was no dohnuts in boxes or sausage rolls and there was hardly anything on the shelfs no sandwiches in fridge or no warm sandwiches either . someone is losing alot of money in this shop . the boss needs to intervene and get there colleagues working.

The staff member at mernda petrol station process refund then advises the funds will be there straight away and now I have to wait processing times when calling head office. They are so unhelpful and could not care about anyone other than sending emails out but won’t help customers poor customer service.

Charged twice for fuel and are now refusing to refund, advising I was a year! I have the receipt and the bank statement and visited several times to try and get money. Several calls made bac to store for the 'manager' to simply laugh!

Zoals vele mensen reeds zeggen, vuile toiletten (tankstation Groot-Bijgaarden)en hiervoor betaal je 90 cent, wc heeft zelfs geen bril! Personeel staat er maar en doet niks. Het bedrijf trekt zich niks aan van de opmerkingen want vorig jaar was het ook al zo.

90 cent voor een vies toilet in Ternat.
Geen toiletbril aanwezig en geen zeep in houder.

Friday 10th went to fill petrol on Prestonew road e.g petrol pump . Iwent to pay I was shot of 1 p(no change).gone to bay sweet quickly to pay 1p .1 off staff was so rude shouting and swering. Out side front of other customer. Will not go they Again.

EG chargers at the beehive site are a complete waste of time , please avoid at all cost , spoke too an engineer who was reparing one , he told me the warranty had ran out on all the chargers and EG Group don't extend them, they start charging take your money then disconnect. 3/7 days to repay you , in the meantime your money is making them money , boycot the BEEHIVE service station across from there head office in Blackburn. Issa brothers are a complete waste of time . Plus they have built 6 villas in Blackburn that all look like a morrisons supermarket building, lol lol lol , get out of town ASAP .
