Europesure offers Annual Multi Trip and Single Trip travel insurance to expats and local nationals based in the EU, the rest of the EEA, UK, Gibraltar and Monaco aged up to age 79. Standard covers include Medical Expenses, Cancellation and Baggage. A number of optional covers complement the standard travel insurance benefits available with three levels of cover . Options include COVID-19, Winter Sports, Golf, Business, Terrorism Disruption, Gadgets, Weddings and Car Hire Excess. The policies are underwritten at Lloyd's and Lloyd's Insurance Company. All quotes and purchases are made online with a debit of credit card with instant email policy issue.

A little different from most companies.
I’ve not made a claim with this company but I love that they are very sensible about pre existing conditions. There’s no need to list anything that you’ve ever been to the doctors with, and that some conditions where there has been no change for over five years, drop of the pre existing list. This is the way it should be done, so full marks for that.

Europesure offers affordable, flexible packages for the over 60s and 70s to almost anywhere, and will even cover pre-existing conditions!! RARE FIND!!

Avoiding a legitimate claim
When I had to ask for some medical assistance in Japan they kept referring me from one email to another and eventually did not assist me at all! After lodging a complaint.. I am still waiting.. I am in the process of referring the matter to some reliable supervisory authorities

The main attraction is the fact that my age is not relevant although I understand that I cannot continue with this policy beyond my next birthday. What a shame.
