Nothing was too much trouble for anyone I dealt with a ford Rotherham recently while purchasing my new car a used Puma ST X and part exchanging my last vehicle.
Walked in on Monday Sue helped me decide on which car was best for me as I was torn between 2 models, she then went on to source the spec I wanted which was from another location. I was told to expect up to 10 days to take delivery but Sue pulled out all the stops to allow me to drive away the following Saturday so I could get the dual controls fitted meaning I was back out to work on the next Monday morning 1 week after purchasing. Sue has been patient, efficient and friendly I won’t go any where else in future.
The most positive experience I’ve had to date buying a car.

He makes sure when you are there that your needs are met fully , nothing is ever too much trouble , He made it such a pleasant experience, that both myself and my husband have returned more than once to purchase another vehicle. We have just purchased our 2nd car from Evans Halshaw in Rotherham. 10 years ago we purchased a Ford Fiesta Titanium X (Manager’s Special) and we have not had a day’s problem with it. However, we decided now is the time for change and visited the Showroom on Sunday. As we looked at the Puma we were immediately drawn to, we were approached by Sue Cooil, who we both instantly recognised as the Lady who had dealt with us 10 years ago. Exceptional Service, yet again, showing Expertise, Patience and Friendliness.

Ellis Bethell, the Sales Executive, took us through all the options for buying our new car. This covered finance options, trade ins and optional extras.
The trade in options were complex but in the end we got a deal that worked.
We're very happy with the help that was given, with no pressure and are looking forward to picking up our car with excitement.

Spent a stressful week looking at used cars after mine was written off. Couldn't find anything which suited me that was also in our price range. We went to Evans Halshaws as our last stop to see a particular car and were really pleased with the selection and quality of cars on offer. We actually ended up taking a different car for a test drive, fell in love with it and put a deposit on that day. Trev Greenfield the Senior Sales Executive was fabulous from start to finish. Made us feel extremely comfortable and everything was dealt with in a professional manner. Lovely personal touch with the photo. Wish we had started here! Just driven away our new car, looks fabulous and drives lovely. Would definitely buy our next car from here.
