Staff at Evans Halshaw very good and explained what was necessary to me. They kept me informed regarding the servicing of the car and when it passed its MOT. I would definitely recommend them.

I am shocked…
I am shocked by the standard of work produced by this dealership, which has left me seriously doubting whether the work I’ve paid for has been performed correctly or at all. I feel my own trust has been misplaced by not double-checking their recommendations against my previous paperwork.
After a recent major service including a timing belt and water pump, I discovered the coolant expansion bottle was completely empty. This is a critical safety oversight that risked damage to my engine. This follows a previous incident where an oil filter was left loose after a service, causing a months-long leak.
Most concerningly, my records show I have been billed twice for the same part in less than a year. Despite paying for a new one, the health check I was handed after the work still flagged the part as 'worn'. Their internal systems should have flagged this was a new part, and a proper physical inspection if performed should have confirmed it and questioned it.
I would advise if you use this dealership for services / repairs to verify the work has actually been done and to cross-reference your invoices and health reports. Don’t be afraid to challenge any work advised.

Do not get any EV car from citroen
Do not get any EV car from citroen, you will be told they have a good range and mile as well as battery life, a full battery will not last you more then 70 to 80 minutes, unless you recharge, citroen will charge you for any diagnostics they carry out, which is over £800:00, even if your car is under WARRANTY, please, please keep away from citroen-Evans Hallshaw, check their reviews on EV cars on Tik Tok, if there is any fault with your brand new car that you take from their show room, please check your paper work, itsjust best to stay away from them and Danny who mis-leads you, just do your research on the company before you deal with them.
